We ordered through the Mobile App, went ahead and tipped $5 on a $20 dollar order, my boyfriend got there to pick up the order and the carhop was rude. He asked the carhop for a drink carrier as we had the 3 drinks and the carhop rudely said no, (with no reasoning) walked away, and did not come back.
I ordered the BLT toaster, supposed to come on Texas toast, it was regular bread…. Normally wouldn’t have been an issue if they would have told me they were out … ugh

Was trying to get lunch with my boyfriend. Lady on the speaker caught a horrible attitude while he tried to order. I tried stepping in and correcting the mistakes on what we had ordered so far (I thought maybe she couldn’t understand his accent) only to be ignored and met with more attitude “Okay yeah but what was the drink”. We decided to just leave after this without finishing the order since it seemed to be such a big inconvenience to her. This was my first (and last) time I have been to this Sonic and what a disappointment it was. I’ve worked in food all my life and get that it’s frustrating sometimes, honestly I hate even writing this because I get the struggle.. but part of working in customer service is providing said service to customers. If it’s such a chore for you then you should find a new career path.

I had been seeing the crowds but could never dare to enter seeing their oily and fatty menu. Once my daughter forced me to try so I tried onion fries. They were the worst I ever had. We decided to never eat at Sonic in future.
