Just left. My burger is so cold its insane. Disgusting you would serve this to someone. I don't have time to turm around and waste my gas and time to go back. I tried calling but it get forwarded to voicemail. I want a refund . This is absolutely awful.

WORST Sonic to go to. Always poorly assembled or not the right order. Tried to order and the guy taking my order must have thought it was funny to play games. I said no tomato and he would say only tomato? I said no tomato and he is like oh you only want tomato? So after play his little game, I got frustrated and told him just forget it. He said some smart ass as I left. When I pulled back in to ask what he said somebody else was on the speaker. Grow up and run your business. Absolutely pathetic

I live nearby & will now drive further if I want Sonic. I am done with the extreme rudeness from the boys that take the orders. I strongly feel that it’s a game to them to make you repeat your order over & over, To get it wrong & to be flat out rude.

Very rude car hop. Spoke to manager onsite due to having food thrown at us. Didn’t get the vibe that he cared. Young lady definitely doesn’t need to be around customers with such a mean spirited attitude.

When I saw the was a Sonic and McDs close by the TA I went to, I chose McDs because, in the past, I told myself I would never go to Sonic again. But, I wasn't finished ordering because the girl in the speaker wasn't getting my order correct in the drive through, and before I could tell her order was wrong for the 3rd time, she gave me a total and said to pay at the window, I laughed, got out-of line and made an exception for Sonic. There, I asked for SuperSONIC Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and gave a $2 tip at the kiosk. After I got my food, I ate the cheesesticks. Then went for the burger, but it turned out to be SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburger instead. No bacon? I don't know why these fast food places always get my order wrong. I won't go to Sonic again, no exceptions. I threw the burger on the ground and left.
