4 Best Soup near Franklin

“Have not been to an Olive Garden in at least a decade but went with a group of 26 people on Aug 18, 2024, 3:30 pm. Although I called the day before and spoke to a manager to alert them we were coming, he even took my name and phone number, when we arrived they had no clue we were coming. They only had 4 servers for the entire restaurant. I was not hopeful that this would go well. However, everyone lept into action getting us a table of 20 and one of 6. We had the best server Sophia. She was friendly and efficient and worked very hard to take care of our large group all by herself. 100% the best server I have ever had. I hope Olive Garden reads this and gives her an acknowledgment for her awesome service. Everyone enjoyed their food as well from soup and salad to breadsticks to the Tour of Italy and Shrimp Scampi and Eggplant Parmesan and much more. Of course, part of the reason the food tastes so good is the high sodium content and for this reason we do not frequent OG, but unfortunately that is true of the majority of restaurant chains. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend it if you are looking for good food and great service (request Sophia!!) The restaurant was very clean as well.“

“Yummy is all of their food. My favorite is the ranch Cobb salad. It is on same for. $9.99. We'll worth it if you like crumbled blue cheese in your said. The only thing i don't like are the pickled red onions. I get red onions plain.“

“The manager was so helpful. My daughter’s rapid pickup was made the wrong size. She was feeling under the weather so I called to see if they could deliver the correct order to her. He was so apologetic & even though she had to run up to get it he had her order all ready & handed it directly to her. Those little gestures seem to have become the exception rather than the rule. Thank you Panera for getting my daughter a hot bowl of soup when she was sick??“
