Went there today for a breakfast date with a beautiful young lady..She ordered the banana bread French toast, it was served with plastic inside.. luckily she found it before she bite into it..it really could’ve scratched up her gums and mouth.. well anyway, she brought it up to our waiter Santiago ( great guy) who moved it to the manager.. Manager didn’t even have the decency to come apologize in person , let alone give us the courtesy of removing from the bill.. Obviously they don’t care about customers satisfaction. Only the exchange of service and money.

Very poor manager customer service where the restaurant is at fault. Would definitely NOT recommend take out orders. If they get it wrong, they refuse to credit you but will "take your name" so "the next time you come in" they'll right their current wrong. No! You fix the problem NOW. Not fixing the problem, especially when it was a simple problem that could've been handled easily, and should've been considering the major inconvenience the restaurant caused. I had been going since they opened and would always bring my mother and aunt in when they visited but, I will never enter Stacked again due to poor MANAGER customer service. Set a better example for your workers.

Ordering on the kiosk can be a challenge and take awhile to finish and pay. Everything is made to order and so fresh and it is inside a mall. Not sure how they handle it when they are super busy, but not busy on Thurs..

This adds some great new options to the food court at Galleria. Ordering from the kiosk was easy and efficient. I had the smash burger from the lunch menu. Very tasty (excellent seasoning) and the fries had a similar, unique seasoning that was really unexpected and delicious. I'll be back to try the Cinnamon Roll French toast next! This was an excellent value, especially compared to other options in the food court.
Kid-friendliness: The table next to me had several young kids who were really enjoying the pancakes from the kids menu.

My family and I went to Stacked the day it opened and we all got pancakes, and the food was really cheap and also really tasty. The only problem we had is it took a long time to get our food. The employees were super nice, and talkative with us. Overall, it was a really good place to get pancakes and we are definitely planning on going more in the future.

I used Google search to look for a breakfast near me. The website implied a nice atmosphere. Then I found it was in the food court of a mall. Well it still might be good. But after we had to yell out to get the attention of the staff to order. Fine, we were hungry... the order was some kind of a sausage bowl...and a $6 orange juice. The OJ was some kind of sugar filled Sunny D fake juice and the sausage bowl was just disgusting. Come on, I'm hungry and I don't complain about much, but this food was among the worst I've had all year. Terrible food, kinda bad service. I tried to like it but I found no bright spots in the experience.

Ok folks, if you grew up here or recently came to Nashville, the name Pancake Pantry should say great food, reasonable prices, and an institution in Nashville. Well, what about a tangent restaurant in the Food Court at Cool Springs that has PP heritage and no line at the front door. Great food and great people. Treat yourself to heritage!
Fast, friendly and gave me a great suggestion. Honestly for the amount of food and the quality that was more than worth it. First meal of the day and it was satisfying and filling, wait was also not long. Had it out to me fast!

This is a horrible, horrible place do not spend your money here!! This place brought countless people on only to lay them off because the owner had the idiotic idea to open a breakfast place in a food court at 7:30 am expecting there to be any traffic. So now countless people have been laid off and left without a job to go to because of an idiot in upper management. I will NEVER be coming here again.

So Happy we actually have a delicious , Clean , friendly restaurant in the cool Springs mall. Your food is made to order , not sitting out all day . Everyone who works in the mall or around the area is So happy to have Stacked ! Somebody was a genius to do this.)

Initially I tried the club sandwich and it was incredibly mediocre. The cheese was similar to Kraft singles and the fries were cold and stale. The service was also very slow when there were 5 staff there and I was the only customer. I gave them a second shot and got a breakfast sandwich with side of potatoes....kinda gross. Disappointed again. The bread was not toasted instead soggy and lukewarm. The potatoes were awful and over drenched in butter with no other seasoning. Idk maybe the pancakes are where it's at but I'm probably not going to return a third time.

Had the the B.L.T. with and over medium egg and was blown away!!!!! We had our food within a few minutes which was incredible!!!! This place is located in the food court, but the food was much better than any food court restaurant innthe mall!!! I gave it a 4 star on the atmosphere just because it is in the food court, but the restaurant itself is really cool looking!!!! I highly recommend eating here, guarantee you won't be disappointed in the quality and taste of the food and service
