It is located right at the corner of the Mall’s food court… and please…THIS place HAS to stay open! It’s great for a delicious, quick breakfast. The server was super nice and went the extra mile.

Today, my wife and I had brunch at Stack Express restaurant in the Cool Springs Mall.
The pancakes there are the best . Better than any First Watch, better than Le Peep, better than Loveless Cafe, better than Another Broken Egg, better than Buttermilk Ranch, better than Pfunky Griddle, even better than the original Pancake Pantry and I’ve been there a few times. Better than any breakfast place in and around the Nashville area.
The pancakes are fresh, cooked perfectly, tasty, delicious, and come in different flavors (buttermilk, sweet potato, and cinnamon roll). They stand on their own but you can also have them with compote or syrup and they still taste absolutely amazing. They also have excellent flavor.
The restaurant also serves eggs, sausage, and hash browns among other delicious foods as well. Those are on par with the other restaurants in the area.
This is a fantastic place to eat breakfast or brunch and I absolutely recommend it.
Don’t be fooled because it’s in the mall. This place has exceptional value and deserves its own place. The mall is lucky to have them. Do not be misled about its location in the mall. This place competes with every other breakfast place in and around Nashville.

Went there today for a breakfast date with a beautiful young lady..She ordered the banana bread French toast, it was served with plastic inside.. luckily she found it before she bite into it..it really could’ve scratched up her gums and mouth.. well anyway, she brought it up to our waiter Santiago ( great guy) who moved it to the manager.. Manager didn’t even have the decency to come apologize in person , let alone give us the courtesy of removing from the bill.. Obviously they don’t care about customers satisfaction. Only the exchange of service and money.

Very poor manager customer service where the restaurant is at fault. Would definitely NOT recommend take out orders. If they get it wrong, they refuse to credit you but will "take your name" so "the next time you come in" they'll right their current wrong. No! You fix the problem NOW. Not fixing the problem, especially when it was a simple problem that could've been handled easily, and should've been considering the major inconvenience the restaurant caused. I had been going since they opened and would always bring my mother and aunt in when they visited but, I will never enter Stacked again due to poor MANAGER customer service. Set a better example for your workers.
