Last night I witnessed a group of teens hanging out the back door bullying other peers after the Christmas tree lighting. This all took place at approximately 845-9 pm last night. What a shame to have these type of people blocking the door to your establishment!

The red head who works behind the counter is just the worst. Been in several times on business trips and she is a raging bully EVERY TIME! Told me that “staring at her while she made my drink wouldn’t get it to me faster” wow. Just wow.

This Starbucks is in such a charming location! It's always fun to see historical buildings being utilized in a way that retains their original aesthetics.
I popped in to get a hot chocolate while ai was walking around downtown with my family and everyone here was super sweet! My drink came out very fast and was perfect for warming up on a cold day. This Starbucks definitely met all of my expectations and is honestly such an adorable little store.

They filled my WHOLE cup with ice. I get that companies put a lot to save money but at least TRY to hide it! $7 is insane for a cupful of ice and a tiny bit of drink.

I feel like they should be faster. Time to make my drink and both men stop working. Looks like a couple ding dings from Ohio with the honey bun from Michigan doing all the work. Y'all like the only Starbucks so staff up or keep the hands going on the assembly line. Seriously about dropped my drink cause y'all playing Hostess.

Latte is usually consistent, but I don't order here much. So many options nearby, far from my favorite choice. I also find this employee hand washing sign super perplexing considering there aren't any paper towels. Not only that but these steps, involved are wasting water and unsanitary. Bacteria travels in water, using an imaginary wet paper towel to turn off the water eventually after your hands are dry with your imaginary paper towel isn't the way forward.
