I've been to the Starbucks so many times and I've never once got good customer service. They always act like you're a bother. And you would think that since I order and pay for their largest drink and get a medium at least kindness would help. The saddest part about this is it's in such a tourist town and a little area that should be happy. I literally dread going in there every time ? does post is not to bash them it's to possibly let the management know this is going on

Very poor sense of customer service. Despite being preoccupied, there's no reassurance or acknowledgment from the staff to customers waiting line by saying, "I'll be right with you." I walked out after being ignored for 3 minutes.

If your going to be rude, at least get the order right. If your going to get the order wrong, at least get it wrong quickly Young lady behind the counter needs to be let go. The older woman was able to correct her mistake.

Food 5/5-Usual Starbucks tasty frap but Service -was also 5 stars. Split a drink with my fav friend and the barista (KS) made both halves as pretty as just one . Thank you for great customer service! Location 5/5 Facility -5/5 nice reuse of an old historic building.
