Barista looked at me when I didn’t tip when I went through the drive-through. I don’t think I should have to tip when I’m buying a drink that is way overpriced to start with and I’m picking it up at the window. They’re doing their job what they’re supposed to do I shouldn’t have to pay extra for that.

If you hate customers so much maybe the service industry isn't for you.While waiting for my coffee a couple mornings ago I could clearly hear the workers gossiping and making fun of the people they're supposed to be serving, will not be coming back.
I came through the drive through a few mornings ago and I had the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. The lady at the window Dee had the worst attitude I’ve seen in the Franklin area and she’s a supervisor??!! . She needs a real attitude adjustment or another job if she can’t handle customer service properly.I will be calling corporate

One day staff told me I can get .50 cent refills there because I go all the time. So I started to ask for .50 cent refills. They then after a while said no, only if it's your second refill of the day. Then I said "Ok thats cool". Then one day at the drive through it was my second of the day and they told me I had to be in the store. I said "that's cool, no big deal". Then another day when it was my second drink, I walked into the store and they told me refills are only for people who stay in the store, not just come in the store. At this point I got frustrated. Do I get the refill price or not or is it a free refill because I have the app or what is it??? I just want to get my coffee and not be bothered with this and had someone not told me I could get something for .50 cents instead of $3.50 this wouldnt have been an issue.The staff also has kind of a smug attitude, like they believe they are superior to specific types of people.

Ordered my drink at 3:05 on the app while driving so I could grab and go since I was in a rush. Got there and waited at window for 10 minutes when I ordered ahead for a reason. Starbucks worker told me to pull up since my order was taking so long for no reason and everyone else behind me in line got their orders fast and leaving. Another worker proceeds to come out and yell at me to move my car when I was waiting on my drink for already 20 minutes. Finally go park my car and waited inside for another 8 minutes for my drink and finally they made it after waiting almost 30 minutes for it when everyone else was getting theirs way before my app order. This has never happened to me before and they blamed it on them being busy when it was just lack of paying attention to what orders they were getting and lack of service. Finally got my drink at 3:30

the drive thru times since you opened this location have not gotten any better it's been horribly slow every time I go. Sorry starbucks but nobody is waiting 25+ min on a coffee and a sandwich that is cold by the time they're done with my coffee

Just got some coffee and sandwich and it was good.
The wait time is too long. I get food, refreshers, and snacks way before I get my espresso. 20-30 minute wait times on coffee and espresso is not ok! Please get more espresso machines and baristas. This location is extremely convenient for many and it's overcrowded and chaotic way too often!!Please get more help, it would enhance the experience and lessen the wait times!

Coffee is okay, depends on who makes it. But this Starbucks is ALWAYS packed and the drive thru takes forever to get through. For a place that charges $7 for a latte, it doesn’t have enough people to make them. Step it up, Starbucks.
