I ordered my coffee as a pick up order through the app and when I went in to the store there was a sign saying they are closed for lunch. This was 10h30 in the morning. I asked the Kroger customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I want my refund. This was so disrespectful and frustrating.

I came here like a week ago and the really nice girl with the red in her braids made my drink and I am still thinking about it it was that good. I’ve been to literally every other Starbucks in Franklin and Spring Hill since and they all have been bleek in comparison. She deserves a raise.
This location is by far the worst in franklin. The service a year ago compared to now is ridiculous. Today in my drink I'm sure I got served a pound of caramel sauce I'm my venti drink. Pretty sure I just asked for caramel lined in cup not the full cup of caramel.
"Sixbucks" I don't know why I got asked to review this because I can buy a pound of good coffee for the price "Sixbucks" charges me for a large plus tip. Walked in once and saw the prices....walked right back out...

Ordered a matcha latte thru mobile and it was stolen. They refused to remake it until she begged them to. For a $8 drink, that I f*kking paid for and you can’t remake it? You know, Having your ex girlfriend pick up a drink for you is already stressful enough, and your business wants to make it worse. It’s not my fault the drink was stolen. That’s on you. I am beyond upset at this awful customer service experience that was received at Starbucks. Absolutely will not be back.

Got there 20 minutes before closing just to buy a cup no food no drink nobody was there then the girl came back right at closing and I asked her if she could please sell me a cup and she’s like no we closed and I was like yea I’ve been here already 20 minutes ago and she’s like well I was on my break ok? Who takes a break right before closing ? ? and then refuses to sell me a cup

Bad. Very inconsistent. I ordered online. My drink order is a little complicated but it was made wrong and i did order it correctly. I also asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese english muffin but no egg. It even says it on the sticker on the bag “no egg”. Yet they gave me sausage and egg no cheese. And i ordered a cake pop. Sadly it was completely melted in the bag right when i got it. Please do better.
