This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.Rude attitudes. Our order wasn’t even complete. No one smiled or wasn’t friendly at all.

Jen took my order and tried to tell me she could not make the cold foam on my beverage dense so that it is not sloppily thrown together. This Starbucks needs major help. I normally make a daily stop here before work but have cut way back due to poor quality drinks, loud people and argumentative management . Please someone who has authority fix this store

I have never left a bad review before on a business page, but today I went with my sister to get Starbucks on my day off and had a horrible experience. We each got our regular drinks that we normally get along with food, and it totaled a little over $20 including the cash tip I left. When we pulled away and took a sip of our drinks, they did not taste good at all. After spending $20, we decided to go back through the drive-thru to ask if they would remake them.
I used to work at Starbucks, so I understand it’s annoying for them to remake a drink and usually I just take the drink if it’s a little off, but these drinks did not taste good at all we couldn’t finish them. When I explained the situation to the person working at the drive-thru, I even prefaced my request by saying, “I’m sorry, I hate to do this, but…” and then asked them to remake the drinks. He told me to come inside for that.
I then called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The assistant manager was on the phone, so I explained the situation and told her that it was my day off and I was in my pajamas not dressed to walk through the store so I was hoping to either get a refund or have them remake the drinks through the drive-thru. Instead, she insisted I come inside in person.
She also asked us for details as to why the drinks did not taste good. It felt like she was really wanting details to understand why we didn’t like the drinks. When my sister was explaining what she thinks her drink needed, she said, “we’re going to remake the drinks go standard.” If she already knew she was going to do that, then why ask us for details in the first place? We don’t work at Starbucks, so how would we know why the drinks don’t taste good? These are the drinks we always get and they did not taste good, period.
Then she mentioned that the matcha powder had changed, but I got the matcha the same week and it tasted great, so I’m not sure what she was getting at. It all felt very invalidating. Twenty dollars is a lot of money for me, and I’ve worked in customer service for years I would never treat a customer like that. Not that she cares, but I won’t be going back to that store.
We ended up just leaving because I didn’t feel like having another bad experience inside with her she upset me on the phone and I didn’t feel like dealing with her any further. If you made it this far, here’s to wasted money on my one day off and a long review!

I keep giving this location a chance because I live less than a mile away. Every time it either takes forever or the drink is not made like every other location I go to. The picture is a cold brew with a splash of coconut milk and non dairy cold foam. Can’t even taste coffee. Just take the extra 5 minutes and go to the Carothers location.

They take forever and are inconsiderate of people’s time they have. There is no one in there and I’ve been sitting here for 10 min
Carmel frapichno and vanilla graphic didn't taste right. We went back and they made us new ones still watered down. Wouldnt give us refund. Last visit here

The coffee was so strong, I had to add water to it. I find that Starbucks is becoming increasingly inconsistent. Pikes peak is supposed to be a medium roast. No matter where I went in the world it was always the same. Now, no matter where I go it’s a crapshoot.

This Starbucks sits right next to the main streets. The seasonal flavor Pumpkin has new seasonal partners of Apple and Pecan. The various coffee beverages have an Extensive laundry list of milks from non fat, low fat, cream, soy, Almond, and oat. Teas and coffees galore. This drive through offered quick service today. Outdoor seating in the sun and under umbrellas. No indoor seating. Everything is wheelchair accessible. The signs are great for the ads of pecan and Apple flavors but the wall menu is hard to read with small lettering.
Drive thru menu is read able.
Vegetarian options: The coffee and teas are vegetarían and vegan. Ask for the right milks and additives
Dietary restrictions: Ask for various milks. You Can probably get it here
Parking: Several spots shaded with others in the plaza. 2 wheelchair access spots
Wheelchair accessibility: All wheelchair access with 2 wheelchair parking Spots near front door
