Starbucks in general is impressively consistent. This location is a favorite - great staff, food and merch. Love the ‘for here’ option.

I’ve never felt more comfortable at a Starbucks before. The man at the pickup was incredibly directly kind and totally full of love in how he spoke and interacted-because I was unaware of their new policy, he politely informed me. When I got to the window, he jokingly threw a straw behind him when I declined one. FUNNY. He exceeded expectations and it was honestly shocking in how friendly the service was.

They misunderstood the size of my drink, no issues. But when I told I ordered VT the guy just threw away a brewed coffee. Was that necessary? If you cant offer it to me, why not give it to next drive threw person for free? On one side starbucjs fired 1100 people the folks who are on payroll are throwing away food. Starbucks lost the respect I had for it. And the coffee was not as good as it could be.

I bought coffee from them and after Two hours I asked for a cup of ice And they refuse to give me! So rude! It’s just cup of ice! They told me that I need to order something again To get just ice, not even water!!! They saying that this is the policy But it’s not true! I checked the policy and it’snot writing Anywhere!

I just love this Starbucks. I been going for 7 years and they rarely but sometimes have staffing issues in 7 years probably experienced like 3-4 times… I’d say that’s pretty good.
This location is great! Would like to point out that they somehow sometimes remember my name when I’m ordering, I’m not sure how they do that but I’d be interested to know 😂 thanks for the great customer service and delicious coffee that Starbucks is known for!

I have come here many times.. however today I ordered mobile. I went down I noticed my bakery items were ready .. but not my coffee. Anyways, it supposed to be finish by 4pm the baked goods were ready by 3:50pm when I got there, but i got the coffee by 4:12pm .. This upsets me because I had noticed people who just walked in ordered; they order almost 4 things and they got the order before me! By the time they had made my coffee my baked goods were cold.

The staff is friendly. Great seating options. The issue is the temperature. I’m here on a December day and it’s 35 degrees outside and the air conditioner is on inside. I’m freezing! I stayed as long as I could stand it. Hoping I don’t get sick from the drop in my body temperature.
