Starbucks in general is impressively consistent. This location is a favorite - great staff, food and merch. Love the ‘for here’ option.

Rude lady
I’ve never felt more comfortable at a Starbucks before. The man at the pickup was incredibly directly kind and totally full of love in how he spoke and interacted-because I was unaware of their new policy, he politely informed me. When I got to the window, he jokingly threw a straw behind him when I declined one. FUNNY. He exceeded expectations and it was honestly shocking in how friendly the service was.
Thanks for the positivity from “J” at the drive thru.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a Starbucks drive-thru. The man at the pickup window was incredibly passive-aggressive and borderline hateful in how he spoke and interacted—because I was unaware of their new drive up mobile order policy. I apologized multiple times, explained I lived a few hours away and wasn’t aware of the policy because I didn’t frequent Starbucks much. When I got to the window, I asked for a straw and he threw it over his shoulder. It was disappointing and honestly shocking coming from a place that usually prides itself on friendly service. I won’t call you out by name, but dude, do better.
That being said, I want to highlight the manager who handled my concern with grace and professionalism. She was understanding, kind, and made me feel heard. I truly appreciate her willingness to step in and make things right. The manager’s kindness made me feel appreciated as a customer and overshadowed the negativity from “J” at the drive thru.

Make a great chai but piss poor attitudes. Has some of the rudest baristas I've ever met. Woman who took my order didn't know how to redeem stars and tried to tell me I couldn't redeem them, then acted frustrated at me that she had to get help. Snooty attitude was kinda funny. A young barista who was kind redeemed the store, but seems like Tennessee has lost all its Southern hospitality.

Not my choice, I was meeting someone. Bad idea. It's LOUD. It's really loud. Coffee is just standard, overcooked $6 Starbucks.

Wow, just WOW! I’ve never been ignored so badly in my life by 4 people all at once. Walked in at 7 with no one in the store and maybe a couple of cars in drive thru. We said hello and one person said hello. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 2 people worked drive thru orders. Two people, not doing orders, walked back and forth doing not sure what. One person came to a computer kiosk at the edge of the counter, had on a headset but was talking to no one and didn’t speak or acknowledge us standing there ready to order, instead tapping away at her screen. A man with a ponytail came up to the counter and crossed some things off a list, literally 2 feet away from us and then walked away. He never looked up or said a word. I looked around and a friendly African American girl working the window smiled and waved but she couldn’t help us because she’s working the window. I couldn’t believe they literally all walked around and not one person came to take our order. We walked out and on the way out the girl working the window wished us a good day. I was so insulted, and couldn’t believe the lack of customer service. I’m sure the African American girl would’ve helped us if she could. She was clearly the only person there that cared and had some semblance of customer service skills. Owner needs to give that girl a raise. The rest need a refresher. Pathetic.

They misunderstood the size of my drink, no issues. But when I told I ordered VT the guy just threw away a brewed coffee. Was that necessary? If you cant offer it to me, why not give it to next drive threw person for free? On one side starbucjs fired 1100 people the folks who are on payroll are throwing away food. Starbucks lost the respect I had for it. And the coffee was not as good as it could be.

I bought coffee from them and after Two hours I asked for a cup of ice And they refuse to give me! So rude! It’s just cup of ice! They told me that I need to order something again To get just ice, not even water!!!
They saying that this is the policy But it’s not true! I checked the policy and it’snot writing Anywhere!
