Why is the Starbucks so freaking cold! It’s not a pleasure at all to wait for your drink and it’s so cold it makes your nose drip! plus they are blasting the worst no name music. How about some holiday music? They do a lot of business because it’s at the mall but this place needs a little bit more ambiance.

My family had a horrible experience today at this location. We stopped in just to grab a napkin and was told by the employees that we had to purchase something in order to have a disposable napkin. We decided to walk further down to the food court to grab napkins instead, as the employees were rather rude. On our way out another paying customer handed us a napkins. The employees then accused us of stealing the napkins. When my husband explained that another customer gave them to us, the employee then rudely stated to us to not come back just for napkins. The whole experience had very racist undertones as my husband is African, I am Latina and the two employees were young Caucasian men. Not to mention, this whole mess was over disposable napkins.

The place is pretty nice, and they do a good service , my complaint is about “cortado” coffee. That coffee, originally, is hot coffee and condensed milk, but i didn’t find the condensed milk no where.Please, if you could add that detail, it would be great.

This place is so dirty. The lady that took the order was so rude, didn’t greet us, didn’t smile and seemed really mad . Went to the bathroom and it was so disgusting, toilet paper on the floor and it smelled of urine.
