I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. I work in the mall, and their efficiency has always blown me away. They can have an entire room full of people and still greet me with a smile. Today I was in and out in 15 minutes which was crazy because I saw them pump out at least 5 drinks every ten minutes. Their customer service is always amazing. Our staff highly appreciates them being so close and all they do!!!! Shout out to the employee with the man bun working today… I don’t know your name but you dealt with my lack of knowledge on the drink I was ordering for my coworker so kindly.

Place was packed with just one cashier, who looked like she was new, and only one barista. They did a great job. Even when it was asked and people were getting impatient. Always with a smile and taking orders left and right.

Didi needs to slow down and get orders correct . Showed her a picture of a size of drink she said it was large and I said I would like that size and charged me for a smaller size which the drink mixture I gave her was for a large . Had to get recharged for the correct size and re wait another 10 mins for a drink after waiting 10 mins for the first drink. Then the lady that was refunding was very petty even though it was the employee fault . First and last time at this location

Quick service, friendly staff and good overall experience. I ask for almond milk instead of normal milk as I'm lactose intolerant and many locations miss this, but this one took the time to make sure my drink was safe for me!Dietary restrictions: The staff was wonderful about ensuring no dairy went into my drink!

I have worked at this mall for 6 months and the coffee is terrible 3/4 times I order here. Today I ordered the same thing I have ordered every day for months and received both the wrong coffee and an over brewed tea. My coffee was a hot coffee with FOUR shots of espresso and they made it "iced" and by iced I mean watered down and still burning hot. My tea made me nauseous and I ended up throwing up four times in the bathroom. Elizabeth, the manager, is rude and defensive and my Coworkers have all had issues with either her or the coffee here at some point. I'm done coming in and will start going to the little coffee stand in the mall. Great prices and KIND service
