On 11/30 I went to 9175 Carothers location. The store was trashy, the baristas were not practicing good hygiene as one young guy was putting his hands through his hair and wiping his nose. I waited twenty minutes for a vanilla latte. When I asked a manager type about the wait, she scoffed at me and said they were 30 minutes behind. Why was I not told when I walked up. The drive up was being serviced. Why not walk ups? I WILL NEVER GO BACK. There is a new coffee shop Creama just down the road. Friendly, clean, and efficient. A terrible experience at Starbucks. ?

Drinks had good taste. It's consistent with other Starbucks. They weren't really busy, but the wait to order took a few as we was not recognized as standing there. Also, they made one drink the wrong size. The order was corrected.

Walked right in and was promptly greeted. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I wanted to try something different than my usual and the gentleman who took my order helped me (Venti white chocolate mocha hot; three pumps of white chocolate and three pumps of gingerbread)Thank you for getting my morning off in the right direction!

If you see a line at this Starbucks keep moving!!!!The most dreadful encounter at Starbucks imaginable. It was a bustling Saturday morning, as expected in most Starbucks, but this particular one took the cake for being the absolute worst! Upon entering, I was greeted by an endless line of customers. Determined to save time, I decided to place my order through the app for a quick pickup. To my dismay, my order seemed to have vanished into thin air. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and acknowledging that my order had been overlooked or lost, they shockingly claimed it had been stolen. How absurd! I had meticulously monitored the counter, keeping a close eye on my order as it was being prepared. The issue seemed to stem from the workers assembling orders in batches, carelessly piling them up in a disorganized manner. To make matters worse, not a single apology was offered for the inconvenience caused.

Very bad service especially for UberEats couriers. Literally every time I come (even when it’s not busy) it takes them 20-30 minutes to prepare a cup of coffee and a muffin. Ridiculous!!

consistently the worst starbucks i have ever been to. when there are literally 4 people in the store and no line in the drive thru it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make a drink. one would think that it would be 5 minutes but it is not. lazy staff. one girl always consistently makes my order wrong, i just don’t order it anymore. it’s not hard to make a frappe without coffee. horrible experience.

I used to frequent this location, daily actually, but I stopped going because the service continues to go down hill. Progressively longer wait times each visit. This morning I waited over 25 minutes passed my mobile order pickup time and still nothing. I had to leave to get to work which I now am 8 minutes late to and I have no breakfast now. Will not return to this location. Sad
