I was disappointed with the quality of the food and drinks at this location, and I found the barista's attitude unhelpful when we expressed our concerns

It’s a Starbucks so the food and everything is the same. It’s clean and large. The staff are friendly and there were a lot on the clock.

BUT we pulled up at 10am on a Saturday and the drive thru was around the building.

We walked in and half the seats were taken but there was a line of about 10-15 people waiting for food and drinks.

I went to the register and we waited but no one came to help until we flagged them down. Then we began our wait for one ham and cheese croissant.

L VE Starbucks! This Starbucks is definitely one of my favorite locations to go to. Since it's not too far from home. I go there almost every day of the week/weekend in the mornings & afternoons.
Even the customer service & employees are tremendously awesome. I am more than happy to leave a 5 star review for this Starbucks.
They have a lot of wonderful & tasteful dishes to choose from.
I love their cold brew drinks. Since I am sensitive to dairy. I always choose alternative options.
My favorite coffee drink is the (White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew). I have many other favorites as well. But the Macadamia drink is definitely my go to even though it's only seasonal.
I wish that the drink itself could be all year round.
The wait time is usually less than 5 minutes. If you're waiting in the drive thru they're super quick & efficient. I've never had any issues at this location. ?

Only one bathroom was working. One garbage can placed next to register, which is where everyone stands waiting to order.

Ordered 4 drinks and all of them had burnt steamed milk. One drink wasn’t even full when I ordered a grande and it was more like a tall size. Wouldn’t recommend

22 minutes for a $7 coffee. Didn’t even get it because I ran out of time. I mean, I did leave 30 minutes to get to my next appointment. As of this writing (34 minutes after order) my app has yet to ping the box that asks me to leave a tip. Tip? here’s one. hire more people. But fret not, the barista has zero f’s to give as she instructed me to get back in line to cancel. Nope. Take my money. I guess I understand what some businesses act like when they get to great.

This is one of the best stores. Staff and coffee is always amazing! The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that every customer feels welcome and satisfied.
