Absolutely the worst Starbucks for customer service towards door dash drivers !!!!!!

Went in for pick up. Resteraunt and restrooms were clean. The lines moved quickly.

Rude employees. We ordered a specific drink and when given it, it was incorrect. When we asked why the drink was different they claimed the one we ordered was no longer available (it was according to their menu) and they didn’t offer to change the drink nor apologize. Basically shrugged it off. Why let us order a drink if you’re unable to make it? And not offer to do anything about it such as make an alternative? Unacceptable situation and employees here are rude.

this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. The counter was filthy and they were out of everything. I got a cheese and fruit plate for almost 8 dollars and the fruit was inedible and rotten. The staff is rude and inept. And to boot there was no toilet paper in the (Less than clean) ladies room. And they told me they would “get to it when they had time.” The WORST!!

Rude. I will not come back to this location. A month ago I went inside to pick up my drink. Because my name starts with A “P” my drink was place on the back side of the counter. I tried to get someone’s attention to push it to me. No luck, when I stepped around the counter to get it, a girl yelled from the other side of the store at me that I should not come around. Ok, fine. I’ve only been in the drive through since then. Today I was told that after placing a mobile order I need to wait 5-10 minutes before going to the store to pick it up but they would push it through this time. There were no cars in the drive through line. What is the difference between placing a mobile order and showing up “early” and placing my order when I get there?

I always come to this Starbucks, because I work across the street and I’m usually very satisfied with their service. However, I came today on my break and the drive through girls were very rude to me. I asked about the free cold foam considering it was the last day to get it, and the girl told me “no, you can’t get it.” I was a little confused and disappointed because on my app it said today was the last day. They made me my drink and it was completely wrong. I get this drink everyday and just by the appearance I knew it was wrong. I tried it and it was wrong and I told the same lady about it. And she rolled her eyes and said “what do you want me to do it about it, it’s going to taste the same regardless.” I asked if she could please remake it. She went back and didn’t shut the window and I heard her complaining about me to her other co workers. She was saying I was annoying and that I should’ve ordered the drink the “correct” way. Very sad about the experience because I am the biggest fan and I get it everyday. This experience made me very upset.

I come to Starbucks EVERY day. I am a nice and very patient customer. Luckily I don't come to this Starbucks.
Josh, you have a RUDE and unprofessional, mouthy supervisor in Elijah. I will not return here. Emma was also unprofessional though not nearly as bad as ELIJAH. What is it with this generation??? I hope this country continues changing

Would not give me water when I asked for it, even though I come here all of the time. Insanity. Very disappointed and will not be coming back anytime soon.
