The worst Starbucks that i ever been. First time there were out honey packages.
Today girl who made my drink she touched her jeans after that put my lid on . But additionally to that I could see her underwear. Its not food safety!!!

i went here for a coffee this morning and was completely ignored for 25 minutes but every white guy in line was greeted before me and order was prepared and i still was not greeted until i spoke to three 3 employees i was completed ignored like they didn’t see a black girl standing there longer than everyone else

Rude employees. We ordered a specific drink and when given it, it was incorrect. When we asked why the drink was different they claimed the one we ordered was no longer available (it was according to their menu) and they didn’t offer to change the drink nor apologize. Basically shrugged it off. Why let us order a drink if you’re unable to make it? And not offer to do anything about it such as make an alternative? Unacceptable situation and employees here are rude.
