Food was fine. Service was nonexistent. You don't get seated. You have to order at a kiosk. You have to go and get your food when your name is called over the loud speaker. You have to scan your receipt to get your own drink. I guess next you'll have to cook your own food? At least you can still get waited on if you go through the drive through!

It was close to closing time .. and Bless the managers heart, he welcomed us in! Our food was prepared quickly and yes!!! They had the tallow fries ... piping hot and SO DELICIOUS! We are only here 5 days in Franklin, TN ... that was our first stop to eat ... the food Excellent, the service Awesome... the tallow fries and burgers AWEMAZING!!🥰

I have been several times in this place and it gets worse and worse. The last time I went was my last time there not going back. They are under staffed. Even if the place is empty they don't acknowledge you and take forever to get you seated. They get your order half wrong and if you tell them it is wrong they give you and attitude. Burgers are a bit greasy but they have good flavor. But what made us wanted to not cone back was last time we were there their milkshakes had a sour flavor we just left them there to never look back at this place.

First time going here and I was told they had the best burgers and fries.I gave them a 4 because the fries are not matching the burger. The burger was delicious but the fries are so little. I was expecting some FRENCH FRIES, some thicker fries.😪

Me and my mom went here after doctors appointment and the food was amazing. I really enjoyed my burger and my milkshake the service was amazing it took about 5 minutes for our food to be ready. I would recommend coming here the food is great and the service is excellent!

Great food, lower prices than most places and good loyalty program that has pretty quick and tangible/beneficial rewards. Got a cotton candy milkshake too which is something I get at a variety of places and theirs is really good- light and fruity.

I would imagine working in fast food is probably not the most enjoyable experience, and they definitely go out of their way to let you know, and took 20 minutes in the drive through. Good company and products, poor location.
