DO NOT GET FOOD HERE. If you want either the wrong sandwhich made, a crappy sandwhich where they skimp on the meat and veggies, or rude interaction with the staff, then go for it.
I clearly ordered a BMT from the CLASSICS category in the drive-thru. I got home and found that they made a bacon sandwhich. I called them up to see if they could correct it. The person argued and said that I selected a Bacon sub. That sub is not even part of the Classics category. They refused to correct their mistake.

I placed an order online and paid ahead of time. Upon arrival they say they don’t have my order. After I show them the order on my app and confirmed that it was the correct location they just refused to make the order. I showed them I had already paid for it and they said there was nothing they could do and were very rude about it.

They false advertise by posting on google they close at 10pm but in reality they. close at 9:50pm, if not earlier. Beware.
I just left there and didn’t get a chance to order. The lady fixing the sandwiches was coughing all over the place and then spit a Loogi (sp?) in the sink! No thank you!!
Terrible customer service
Bruh this subway sucks the workers here are so rude and don’t care at all, the service is really bad. They act like the vegetables are coming out of their pay checks if you ask for more. I work at subway as well and it’s a much more different experience and service where I work all my coworkers are so friendly to the customers HOW IT SHOULD BE!!!! ????

Pulled in at 9:50 10 minutes before they close. The open sign was on. As I have already exited my car the Indian worker came and turned off the “open” sign as I was approximately 8 feet walking towards the door. Very rude experience. Terrible seeing what was once a great chain ruined by these types of workers. I’ll also note the store allowed an Indian to enter the facility at 9:56 after turning off the sign and he got food. Seems to be racially motivated. Get out of my country.

Regular experience at this place.. was dealing with with owner today but experience was even worst.. ordered 2 veggie sandwiches.. she barely made my veggie delite sandwich, added almost no cheddar.. was kind of reluctant to add veggies when requested.. bread wasn’t tasting fresh was probably stale.. all we ate was mostly bread..
I’ll definitely stop going to this location.

This is a good choice for a healthier meal with the convenience of a drive thru window and a nifty electronic screen from which to order from. We enjoy the tasty turkey sandwich on wheat bread with extra vegetables. The combo makes it all the better.
