They forgot lettuce which is a basic ingredient, if you ask for extra and pay extra they give you less. I got a dr.pepper and couldn't even get my straw in it Looks like someone physically packed the ice in because my cup was bent. They are very rude in the drive through. This is not what you'd expect coming from a subway especially when all the others are all 5 star rated. I'd be kind if I gave this one a 2. And that would be because they have an iPad.

Ordered veggie delight salad for delivery. I got literally a handful of old warm wilted salad with a ripped up veggie patty tossed in. Half the ingredients I ordered weren't even in there. My husband's toasted sandwich seemed microwaved and was soaking wet. Everything I have ordered from anywhere since the covid re openings has just coincidentally been terrible for some reason.

I don't go to Subway that often but when I do I always hit this location. The staff is on point and very welcoming every time I arrive. I realize we have menu other choices in location, but take my word this the best place for lunch if your in a rush and want good food. The manager is very nice and ensures that your experience meets your expectations.

This is a Subway among Subways, a jewel of the sandwich kingdom. The lunch-time workers are extremely efficient and they know how to craft a master sandwich. It's still just Subway, of course, but I suppose the Mallory Lane location deserves the fifth star on account of their competence.
