Abysmal is the only word I can describe my visit today. We’ve become recent regulars here. Usually the younger ladies take great care of us and put love into making the sandwiches. The older lady working today at lunch 1:47pm 11/18/2025, got our order wrong through the uber eats app. We went back to get our order corrected and she aggressively mashed a handful of banana peppers onto a 45 minute old sandwich and then told us, have a nice day. We will be back, hopefully a better experience next time.

They refused to make the mini sandwich with roast beef only ham. They refused to let my daughter have chips with the kids meal. Even though we have gotten chips with kids meals for years. Won’t be coming back

Compared to the other three Subway locations I've visited in the area, this one was _really_ stingy with ingredients...even after I called them out on it. Also, some of the veggies were not very palatable. Probably left out a bit too long. Worst sandwich I've gotten from a Subway.

The owners are always pleasant, not very talkative but they don't have to be. I go at least twice a week. And once the lady forgot to get my bacon from the oven and put on my sandwich. A week later when I visited she mentioned it and apologized. Gave me extra bacon and a discount.

Sandwiches really good but I think that prices have increased when I wasn't paying attention. Also, drink selection lacking. (I like the Freestyle machines at Firehouse Subs.)

It's clean the service was great and the food was very fresh I would definitely recommend if you're in the neighborhood to stop in and try one of the subs great bread also
