Walked in. Asked for an Italian BMT and tried to substitute ham for bacon (my autistic son doesn't like the ham) and I was told "we don't do that here" very rudely. When informed that I had been to several subway locations that have had no issue doing it, I was told no yet again. I'm not trying to say the customer is always right, but I wasn't asking for anything I wasn't willing to pay extra for. Do not recommend. Poor customer service!

Boyfriend and I had an awful experience there. Really rude people. We were paying and there was an issue with the machine to pay and I asked for help and when the cashier (man) try to help first thing he did was smack my boyfriends hand (assuming it was our fault) with a service like that we will definitely not come back ever again.

This location in fact does not stay open until 8pm. I tried to get service there at night and they lock their doors at 7:45 pm. Fine with me, but change your Google listing to accurately reflect your hours. A waste of your customers’ time.

1-4 "Comedy of Errors Ordering" Wanted a quick sandwich for dinner after a very busy day. Decided to try out the "new" Subway App. Fairly easy to use. Ready to order? Sure. Click Click. "Sorry, your order can't be completed at this time. Try again later." Not wanting wait, decided to run to another restaurant with Curbside pickup. Did just that and picked up dinner. ....only to receive an email, "your Subway order is almost ready." Huh? Drove back to Subway and, sure enough, there was my order, sitting on the pickup rack. Of course, the store employees had nothing to do with this minor fiasco and could not explain anything about why the app gave the "error message." Store employees were polite, apologetic, and before I left... Made sure that my order was indeed, correct. (It was.) Four stars for their service... One star for subways new app.
