ordered on the app drive thru guy was awesome i went in after 5 o clock food was actually good for once other taco bells around the area definitely can’t touch this one and i genuinely did not get told to put this review but food made my day and having a nice greeting when you are at the window is kind of unexpected anymore so had to come on here

I love Taco Bell, but this Murfreesboro Road location keeps playing emotional games with me. I order the Grilled Cheese Burrito, and it’s like rolling the dice every time. Sometimes it’s loaded up the way God intended beef, rice, all the goodies. And other times… it looks like someone on a strict diet assembled it and decided I should be on one too.
I’m paying $7 for a burrito, not a lightly seasoned tortilla hug. I shouldn’t have to pray over my order hoping it actually has ingredients inside. When they make it right, it’s delicious. When they don’t… well, it’s just sadness wrapped in carbs.
Please, for the love of flavor, be consistent.

Don’t bother. I pulled into the parking lot. Downloaded the app. Placed an order after I shared my location and it put the order at a different taco bell went inside. They couldn’t help me. Now we have to drive 15 to pick up cold food. One and done on Taco Bell app. I’m out. It sucks along with their faulty app.

My order was taken quickly and prepared without errors. My entire order was made fresh and the team member who was preparing my order even too a few extra seconds to lable the items that were specially ordered.

Last couple time's I came here over a month ago between 8pm-12am the food was the most disgusting fast food I had ever came across in my life and I threw away the wide range of items i had 3 visits in a row ($42), after taking one bite. Tonight 8/30 around 11:45 pm. My tacos and Mexican pizza were the best tasting taco bell items I have experienced in my lifetime. Every detail/ingredient was perfect as well as the speed and customer service. Ive never been so satisfied, especially after repeated horrible experiences with the food. I cant get the wasted money back from the past but if they can keep up the good quality food from Tonight, then the grudge will be wiped clean. Will try again in couple days, hopefully this wasn't a 1 in 40 visit experience. It was so freaking good.

I find this location the worst Taco Bell. Are the drink machines broken or do the employees not ever change them out the soda syrups?.. because it’s just straight up carbonation twice this has happened to me and the first time I said something about she just gave me attitude at the window even literally handing it to me knowing it was carbonation faded color to it and no taste of the syrup... Also the food is never fresh and it’s always served cold.. The day shift I never have any problems but the night shift people are on the struggle bus of customers service I find them not friendly at all.

I mean, if youre not serving people or taking orders at the counter, lock the front door... you had to tell 4 separate parties in a row to go out and through the drive through to order, you can do something simple like... lock the door.

It’s so damn HOT in here! I placed my order to go because it is maybe 80 something degrees in here! I had to wait even longer too because they gave my order to someone in drive thru… 😑
Fix the AC or turn down the thermostat! I feel sorry for the teenagers working in here.

People be aware they have a skimmer on their machines. We had an overnight reoccurring charge to Belk.com. I dont shop at belk and it was on my husbands card. And the only place he used his card was Taco Bell. Please watch out and pay cash when you go.
