It’s so damn HOT in here! I placed my order to go because it is maybe 80 something degrees in here! I had to wait even longer too because they gave my order to someone in drive thru… 😑
Fix the AC or turn down the thermostat! I feel sorry for the teenagers working in here.

This place forgets something every time. Hire people with a sense of purpose, not kids.
A very good place to get a fast food with reasonable prices .

People be aware they have a skimmer on their machines. We had an overnight reoccurring charge to Belk.com. I dont shop at belk and it was on my husbands card. And the only place he used his card was Taco Bell. Please watch out and pay cash when you go.

I’ve been here 3 times this year, and every time I’ve had food either missing or inedibly stale - worst location in town. It’s worth driving 5 minutes to another one.
The lady who took my order looked like she was overwhelmed. I didn't have to wait too long for my food, but my tacos were still cold when I got them. My son liked his cheese quesadilla though. Average experience overall.
About what you expect from a fast food place.

So I’m used to ordering for my family which usually includes same items. Which always include supreme tacos of some sort. And much of the time the Doritos Locos Tacos. The screen shows supreme Doritos tacos, but no matter where we go, we always get non-supreme’d Doritos tacos. I was told one time we have to specifically state supreme or they just come with out the sour cream and tomatoes. Which is opposite of what the menu says. So last night at the Murfreesboro Rd location, I specifically state can you make sure they are supremed. He said they come that way. I said well most of the time we don’t get them that way. He said rudely, “well NOT HERE that doesn’t happen!”. Well guess what I got… out of spite or just because this is what Taco Bell employees do… we got the correct Doritos Taco meal supreme’d. And the 3 extra supreme Doritos tacos we got, were not supreme nor Doritos! Why get defensive and then not make sure we got what we ordered. In addition, he was arguing about a Grub Hub order keep coming through to a point where he was going to forget to charge us. I could have driven off, but because I am an honest person when he asked if I needed anything else, I said I need to pay you. I tapped my card and you think he would be grateful for my honesty, but he just turned around and continued on doing what he was doing. Double dose of rudeness on a Friday night!

I got food poisoning after eating 3 tacos ordered from doordash.
For an 8 min drive all tacos were cold. I usually would call the manager before writing a review like this, to not harm the company.... But after reading all the bad reviews... this company needs to make some serious changes.

The WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, and I go to a lot of them due to travel for work and they are always open late. This is by far the nastiest one I’ve ever ordered at. Not only
That, only one person could speak English, that was the manager. Screwed up the whole order, cold, and soggy when I finally got it, we had to ask for our drinks because they forgot them aswell, rude as can be. I’m not a hard person to please, I’m patient when it comes to fast food, because I have worked it myself. And the kitchen of the restaurant is god awful, it’s tiny, I can probably see why they struggle with rushes, but there was only 2 people there. That was unbelievable.

Apparently those kiosk removed taco bell employees of their job....service. Even when the store is dead, no one in the drive through or lobby, staff simply restocking cups and talking, they expect you to use the electric kiosk so desperately they won't even say hello, they just stare at you, then the manager rolls her eyes when staff informs her someone is at the counter. I work on the road and come here often. After back to back days of treatment like this I'll just got elsewhere, not like you can complain when it's the literal manager acting in this way
