I got food poisoning after eating 3 tacos ordered from doordash.
For an 8 min drive all tacos were cold. I usually would call the manager before writing a review like this, to not harm the company.... But after reading all the bad reviews... this company needs to make some serious changes.

The WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, and I go to a lot of them due to travel for work and they are always open late. This is by far the nastiest one I’ve ever ordered at. Not only That, only one person could speak English, that was the manager. Screwed up the whole order, cold, and soggy when I finally got it, we had to ask for our drinks because they forgot them aswell, rude as can be. I’m not a hard person to please, I’m patient when it comes to fast food, because I have worked it myself. And the kitchen of the restaurant is god awful, it’s tiny, I can probably see why they struggle with rushes, but there was only 2 people there. That was unbelievable.

Apparently those kiosk removed taco bell employees of their job....service. Even when the store is dead, no one in the drive through or lobby, staff simply restocking cups and talking, they expect you to use the electric kiosk so desperately they won't even say hello, they just stare at you, then the manager rolls her eyes when staff informs her someone is at the counter. I work on the road and come here often. After back to back days of treatment like this I'll just got elsewhere, not like you can complain when it's the literal manager acting in this way

Read the reviews before ordering from this place!! This Taco Bell has been here since I can remember and I’ve lived here 35 years. It has consistently sucked toe fungus in the service department and now it’s literally ripping people off. This Taco Bell flat stole $15 from me for food I never received, when they agreed to cancel the order. I’ll not go to them again. At least McDonald’s does not charge you till they have your food ready to go to your vehicle or puts it on your table. I spent an hour trying to get food and had to leave due to a prior appointment. But who stands in line for a pick up order for an hour for fast food? Thieves!
Parking: Most times the parking lot is full and the cars are wrapped around the building waiting for drive through service. Worst Taco Bell ever, worst restaurant in town!

This Taco Bell 100 percent has a credit card skimmer. It’s funny I’ve had my card skimmed twice since moving here and both times the day after I leave this location I have fraud charges.

Have ordered Uber Eats from this specific location multiple times during late hours. Multiple times I have not received at least one of my items ordered with the bag sealed, which eliminates the delivery driver. Normally don't make reviews but this seems inexcusable. Not to mention uber eats doesn't give me an option to refund for an item i paid for but didn't receive, so your welcome to your establishment for the donations.

they gave me a chicken quesadilla when i ordered a cheese quesadilla, i am devastated why would you do this to me? i just wanted my cheese quesadilla, why the chicken? what did i do to deserve this? like all i wanted was to watch youtube with my cheese quesadilla now im met with this BS? i’m only writing a review because this has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. what the heck man a girl just wanted a cheese quesadilla :( i’m sad now and it’s your fault taco bell.

Tried this location multiple times, food is always cold, order is never correct, 9 times out of 10 we don’t get all of what we ordered either. The management and owner should be ashamed of themselves for the way this location is ran. I get it’s fast food, but at least have a little pride in what you’re making and serving to folks. To many Mexican food trucks around to waste time and money on this location again.

Here’s the new cantina chicken soft taco. AFTER they screw up the order by missing Purple Cabbage, Avocado Ranch Sauce, and Pico De Gallo. They said it’s the right one, but took my taco back and added missing ingredients. And THAT’s still the result. Btw, cold&dated chicken with old flour tortilla
Constantly screw my order up, missing sauce, drink wrong, etc. The new younger girl working here with blonde long hair is constantly cutting up and screwing around. One time she was making cars drive around the building to get there food because she was attempting to game the timing standards... I just want my food... :/
