The service at this place is terrible, they work purely Hispanics, they are always chatting and are not attentive when the order is placed online. Right now I have been parked here for 11 minutes giving time to the food and when it came in it is still not ready, now they started preparing The food, this is not fair, because they are talking, they are not paying attention to work ????????

This damn place got my order wrong and refused to answer the phone so I could get it fixed. I ordered through the app and had it delivered. Im not from the area as Im a truck driver and wanted something different from what i have on the truck. So im now out over $20 for absolutely nothing.

I ordered on line my husband picked up and part of my order was missing. I ordered small nachos. It wasn’t in the bag. I requested No tomato on my Crunchwrap. There were tomatoes. I tried to call to inform the manager but no answer!

Stopped by the drive thru on my lunch break for a quick craving. $6.14 for a single Mexican pizza by itself and yall can't even put toppings on the entire thing? It had tomatoes on 1 of the 4 slices...thats a bummer after paying that price. A full lunch plate at an authentic Mexican restaurant costs less or the same. Good way to make sure you don't get returning customers. Least yall can do is give people what they pay for when one single item costs what it does. Horrible presentation and drive thru employee was just as lacking in personality as this overpriced big chip with melted cheese! A small hello, have a nice day, or thank you goes a long way in the world of customer service, but not one single word was spoken to me. Do better!

This place is hot garbage. Morning, noon, and night. All shifts suck. New management is desperately needed. Constantly getting orders wrong or serving old stale food. Save your money and go elsewhere. These people don't care at all and it shows! You'd think if they go up on all their prices that we would get better service or better food but it's the opposite. Shame on taco bell management. Incompetence at its finest. Taco Bell on Hwy 96 SUCKS and they need to fire everyone and start over. Smh...do better

Food taste ok but every time I eat here I get sick and my wife too
Toilets were dirty. One was clogged while the other had poop on the seat. I asked for some help with cleaning and sanitation and was told “sorry we’re not doing that right now”. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do. Not great customer service. I would have cleaned it myself but I didn’t have anything to sanitize with. :

I went through drive thru and got 12 Cinnabon delights. They were very hard and extremely greasy. I opened the bag after getting on the interstate. There weren't even 12 in the bag. I called but no answer at store. I will be taking them back in the morning. No reason for this kind of service.

The young folks working were not friendly. My beefy melt was cold. My dorito tacos had a table spoon of meet in them with soggy flaccid lettuce on top. I didn't bother complaining I just threw the tacos away as I was afraid of getting sick from the lettuce.
