I’ve made a run for the border many times! This was hands up my best run ever! Typically when approaching the border I’ll get ignored by the border agents as it’s assumed I’ll eventually find the ordering kiosk or give up and self deport. Imagine my surprise when someone greeted us and made us feel at home like it was I don’t know the 90’s or the 50’s! I was there with traveling companion who accompanied me to my dental cleaning appointment. I wasn’t planning on eating out, but they had other ideas. As we had already driven away from another Franklin location I thought we’d go to the one in Cool Springs since we were heading over there anyway. I’ve been to this location several times, awhile ago, doing Uber Eats pickups and trying to survive the disastrous economy following the bioweapon attack! I believe the name of the man was Ron that greeted us, took such good care of us and followed up to see how our meal was! There was also a sweet lady there we talked to about our cat! I am issuing an Executive Suggestion based on years of service industry work. I would advise this location be used as a training store or at least Ron and the lady who knows our cat’s name! Yo Quiero Taco Bell!
Please do not put dirty sauce packets inside the box that holds the Mexican pizza. I had to throw my food away because of the contaminated packets touching my food.

Worst location ever. Employees don't give a crap what they sling out the window (or don't give out seeing as they leave out so many items of people's orders) CLOCK OUTIF YOU ARENT GONNA BOTHER. I NEVER receive my drinks, my food taste STALE and they don't bother to check if anything is made right. Don't buy anything from this location. Don't doordash it either bc they won't give a damn about what they put in the bag or don't give to the delivery drivers who don't bother to check they have everything or the employees who don't bother to make it nor give it to the delivery driver. We ate after shopping at Galleria Mall for birthday gifts with our Grandkids. TB used to be my favorite 20 years ago, now my 12 year old girl is into the Bell. This was the first computerized TB I have ever been to. There was no lemon for Iced tea available at all. Like everything, it was overpriced! This used to be a great low cost meal.
Kid-friendliness: It's all about appealing to kids.
Lunch staff was on point at this location. Super fast order turnaround time, and as a plus the staff went out of their way to be friendly. Dining room was clean as well. Pleasant surprise
I would say most fast food places are the same anywhere you go, but this Taco Bell stands out in an exceptional way. It was very clean, service was great, food didn’t take long, and food quality was much better than I remember from the last time I ate at a TB. The guy working the counter was incredibly friendly and asked a couple of times if we needed anything. After not stepping foot in a Taco Bell for years, I actually look forward to grabbing another quick meal at this one.

Stopped by for lunch today and thought I was in a time warp. Ron was personal in his greeting and promptly took my order. As I sat and ate he went through the dining area checking on everyone making sure they had everything they needed, he even remembered everyone's name. This is how customer service used to be back in the day! Please support this Taco Bell, you won't be sorry! Food was fresh and fast too.
