Absolutely phenomenal! Tacos El Prime is hands down one of the best food trucks I’ve ever experienced. The Mexican is authentic as the owner Alfredo is born and raised in Mexico! Also the ingredients are FRESH! Better Mexican than any restaurant in the Nashville area!!!! The tacos are bursting with flavor—fresh, perfectly seasoned meats, vibrant toppings, and homemade salsas that are out of this world. You can taste the love and authenticity in every bite. The staff is friendly, fast, and always makes you feel welcome. Whether it’s a weekday lunch or a late-night bite, they never miss. These are really great tacos! I love the steak with cheese and the red sauce. I’m very picky too being from Texas originally so I was spoiled with Tex-Mex. My only complaint is they are a little overpriced. I would come here more often but the price makes it an every now and then type of place.
