We made a reservation for 12:30 and were seated at 12:37 (it wasn't busy). We got our bread promptly and it was delicious as always. We ordered waters around and a caramel macchiato (which was a 8.1/10). It was sort of weird the hot drink was in a glass. We ordered Alfredo noodles for the kids and chicken picatta to split (the larger portion) without mushrooms. The food came out about 15 minutes later and we had to send ours back because what would you know, it HAD MUSHROOMS. We waited another ~20 minutes it seemed for our chicken picatta while the kids had been done and asking when the dessert was coming. The manager came out and said they tried to put mushrooms on it again and he has to stop them. It seemed to me they HAD put mushrooms on again and they had to remake it a second time, but they wouldn't admit to that because it would show the manager wasn't doing his job properly (and the only reason I thought this was because the waitress said our food was almost done and then we waited another 10 minutes for it to reach the table). The manager said he was sorry again (which he never said the first time) and then asked if we needed anything else). I was always taught that sorry was an action, so I think he meant he was sorry that his staff wasn't being competent (at least that's what is logical). The waitress came back a couple times to check on us, offering bread and asking if we needed anything (she was great). The food was good (8.2/10). We ordered the triple berry cheesecake and gave it a 6.9/10, it wasn't the best flavor. We finally were able to pay for our meal at 2 pm. We were never offered anything for the huge waste of time, and it did leave a sour taste in my mouth. 2 stars for service MAY have been generous, your call. I'll be only going to Nashville for my Cheesecake from now on.

Had a reservation for 7. Checked in at 645. Got a text around 830 to be seated needless to say we had already gone somewhere else. Customer service is awful

Brought my daughter out to dinner for her birthday. I was very disappointed. My daughter’s food was fine but my food was just fried chicken with very lumpy potatoes and some honey lightly drizzled over it. The asparagus was boiled within an inch of its life and served to us with the chicken it was inedible. The server was very nice but did not check on us throughout the whole meal. We asked for xtra bread that we did not get. Finally I mentioned how awful my meal was and we were offered a $10 discount which I accepted but four ours later I became very ill.

Mixed bag in terms of dining experience yesterday. We were sat at a table that had food from a prior customer in the floor. The bread was not warmed and pretty dry when given to us. Our server didn’t check back as frequently on our water and they were empty for a few minutes while our food came out. However, the food we ordered and cheesecake was delicious.

Cheesecake factory, what can I say! Well, other them being the best, there just down right GOOD!!! From the food to the cheesecake, even the waitresses were impeccable. I always love eating here, they have low carb options, and even have a low carb cheesecake! This time I had the shepherds pie, and it was great! Very good, will always visit again and again!
