Rebecca at the bakery/take-out are is absolutely amazing. She is a huge asset to this store and should be recognized for exceeding the expectations. I placed a very very large order with her and the whole experience was seamless. No errors, no excuses.
These characteristics are what your management team should have. Highly recommend asking for Rebecca if you need things to get done right. Thank you very much for your help and attention to detail on the $700 order

Honestly, we saw a mukbang on the Cheesecake factory deep-fried mac-n-cheese balls appetizer. They did not disappoint! It's probably the tastiest thing I've had in quite some time. We highly recommend this!
The Smokehouse BBQ burger and Americano burger and Bacon-bacon burger were all terrific. The bacon-bacon burger did have too much sauce but still a good flavor. All in all an excellent dining experience. We all got dessert to go. The banana cream and Cinnabon and traditional strawberry were all great.

We arrived at approximately 2:40pm. The restaurant was not crowded at all. My party of 2 was sat immediately. I looked around at the tables around us and saw multiple tables that had not been cleared and the previous diners were nowhere to be seen. After about 10 minutes our server approached us. We ordered a water, unsweetened tea, Alfredo, and Asian Lettuce Wraps. A little after 3:20pm we still hadn’t gotten our food. I suggested to my son we leave. I think our server overheard us because she said ours was coming out. Several minutes go by and she finally brought our food. We asked for more bread for my son’s pasta. She came back a few minutes later saying it was being baked. After sucking the iced tea dry, my son purposely made the suctioning sound with his straw to give the lady a hint he was in need of a refill. She finally got the hint. We never got any bread. The lady explained only one cook was back there. I told her I was disappointed and this was unlike any previous experiences I had at Cheesecake Factory. I told her we needed the bill as we were late for an appointment. That took her forever, too. After getting the bill, I noticed she charged me for the large portion of lettuce wraps vs. the lunch portion I pointed to when she took the order. The portion was most definitely the lunch size. She said she would switch the price. Ultimately she only took a portion of the cost off, not the entire difference between the dinner and lunch. The quality of the food was fair.

The food here is always very consistent and good. I always get the Steak Diane and it is very tender and flavorful. The servers here are very kind and very tentative. I will always come back!

We had reservations at 6:30. We were not seated until seven. We were seated at a table that was dirty and we had to ask for it to be wiped down. It was 10 minutes before a waiter came to our table to even get our drink order. It was another 10 minutes before our drink orders arrived. Then we waited. 45 minutes for an appetizer that was mac & cheese balls and probably an hour and 15 minutes waited on our meals. It was cold when we got to the table. My wife took our daughters to the restroom, and the restrooms were overflowing with trash and paper towels all over the floor. Both toilets were extremely dirty. We had one refill the entire time separate because the waiter was inattentive. I let the manager know, and she apologized because they were so busy. Drive down the road to Green Hills if you want Cheesecake Factory. Very disappointed!

I had Asian lettuce wraps, and my husband had fish and chips. For dessert, I carrot cake and low calorie cheese cake with fresh strawberries. Everything was spot on. Our waitress was fantastic.

Food was good. Cheese cake delicious. Had wait longer than usual. The manger had to come out and explain why. I will go back tho.
