The Eastern Peak - Franklin

Sunday September 7th 2025, 6:45 pm CST. Five stars for the food, two stars for the service, five stars for the atmosphere. I ate here for the first time the other day, monica was my server and she was incredible. It was a great experience.It truly was, i had the teriyaki chicken, the portions we're very ample, and the food was really good. The chicken was tender, which is always nice. But I just walked in a minute ago, and the vibe what was wrong, the hostess was not nice to me at all, she was a young woman with dark hair.Probably about five feet, six inches tall. I smiled and tried to be friendly, but I was met with what seemed to be rudeness and coldness, so I told her, no, that's okay.I'll come back another time and I walked out. I will not spend my money or eat Were I am mistreated or disrespected. Maybe I will come back some other time, and if i'm treated the right way, then I will remove this google review. I'm a 60-year-old United States, military veteran, and it's always sad when people mistreat me. Especially when I have on a military ball cap. If I continue to be mistreated at this location, I will just never come back. Thank you very much, and have a nice day! Marc William White USN-RET

We found this restaurant scrolling on Instagram. We frequent another local Thai restaurant but decided to give the Eastern Peak a chance. Needless to say this will be our new Thai restaurant from now on. We popped in after church with friends and we were amazed by the beauty of the restaurant and the quality of food and the great service. We had Franchesca as our server and she was great. She helped us make choices and all were extremely good. We all kept talking about how good our dishes were so we all just began to share. The manager stopped by to check in and we started talking about the restaurant. He mentioned they have been around for 20 years and have 4 other locations in Nashville and Kentucky. Super nice and humble guy it made our experience even better. We didn't have to wait for a table but they were busy. Once more people find out about this place it will be hard to get a table quickly. We are already planning to come back next Sunday.

Fine in person, don't bother ordering online. Part of this complaint is the fault of Toast (online ordering vendor), but they chose to work with them so I think it is fair. Toast charges a fee that is about 12-13% and hides it in very deceptive ways, and then when you use the tip calculator it includes taxes and fees into the tip percentage rather than the subtotal, which is again extremely deceptive. Further I asked for my meal with no mushrooms and spicy and what I got was mushrooms and zero spice whatsoever. The receipt clearly had my instructions but they were ignored. If you really want the food, just go in person. You will save money and be able to correct any mistakes.

We Love the Eastern Peak and dine frequently. The restaurant is lovely with an attentive group of people working there. Tonight we ordered from UberEATS and the driver stole our food. My wife called Eastern Peak and the Manger Crosby tried to help us with uber eats. The would not refund us so Crosby contacted them. After about 20 munities he called us back and let us know that he was unsuccessful as well. He asked if could deliver the food himself to keep us from having to continue to wait. This was truly a step above anything we have experienced before. He delivered our food quickly and happily. We love the food at the Eastern Peak and we are now loyal for life. We appreciate the guest first attitude.

Delivery driver review:
I remember the first couple times I picked up from this place, years ago, it was pretty rough. But since then I've picked up tons of times because they're very popular, and they have been consistently excellent. Pretty much always someone at the front or nearby, they pay attention to you as soon as youre at the counter, orders are ready upon arrival the majority of the time, and they will go check on the order if not. Can't ask for much more than that. So after a rough start they've turned into one of my preferred pickups. Cheers!

We went with friends last Sunday and had a great experience. The Eastern Peak was quite busy when we arrived, but were seated at the bar to enjoy a drink until a table was ready.

Our order included the “drunken noodles”, a stir fry with basil & chicken, and “tom ka chicken” soup. While some of the names on the menu were a little unconventional for a Thai restaurant, the food was fantastic.

I wish I caught his name, but our server did such a good job of balancing attentiveness with space that both my wife & I noticed it.

We had a great first experience here.

Worst restaurant, we waited for 15 mins and no one attended our table, there were only 2-3 tables with customers. Every waiter in restaurant are simply wandering around and 2 of them were in the bar chatting.. this place will loose its business.
