I went on Saturday and Sunday this past weekend and both times the service was excellent! Even though they were busy both times, they were still kind and the wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend The Well to everyone!

I visited this location on Sunday morning with my husband and we ordered cinnamon honey lattes. When we got our drinks, there was no cinnamon or honey at all. We went back to let the staff know, and the worker named Elle was incredibly rude. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake — instead, she handed us a cup of some random syrup in without any explanation and made us fix our drinks. It still tasted awful, it was obvious she had no interest in making things right, so we just decided to leave and move on.

There were two other girls working as well, but none of them seemed to be doing their jobs — all three were just standing around gossiping instead of paying attention to customers or orders.

This was very unprofessional and disappointing. I hope management sees this and addresses the poor service and lack of care shown by the staff that morning - we will not be back here.

Really great coffee! I tasted the quality difference from other places I frequent. The service was so top notch. The baristas were super friendly and patient. I also felt the prices were relatively cheap compared to other places where I've ordered the same thing. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was very contemporary. My only gripe was the parking situation was a little inconvenient. It was a little odd for parking. Not a deal breaker though. If you're a little bit of a coffee snob, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

My chai was so watered down that the barista must've just been looking at the mix while making it. I wouldn't recommend

At first I was unsure about the rebranding, not a huge fan at all. It’s just not what the old original Well used to be. BUT-coffee is STILL ON POINT, and although their food menu has changed, it’s quality! Highly recommend the biscuit.

Lattes are good but could be served hotter.

Great local place! We spent a few hours reading and studying here and it was just perfect, not too crowded or noisy. The service was great and the food was good as well! Coffee was awesome and matcha was supergood too!

Love this shop. If you haven’t been, you’re missing your chance to get in early to what will be a flagship business in Franklin. I left my phone number a while back for the GM, we hit it off extremely well when I was ordering the seasonal Black Cat - almond milk, half sweet - and I just felt a connection. I don’t want to go so far as saying sparks like fireside embers were flying as we discussed our daily plans, but we definitely had a connection.

Anyway, I have gone in on multiple occasions and chatted her up, exchanging knowing glances, even a loving embrace (appropriate for a professional and environment of course). I can feel the radiant love of the staff, but I would say, don’t get your hopes too high, unfortunately…

Mainly because she’s my wife. Go get a coffee from her.

The service was great and the salad (spinach, red cabbage, black beans, avocado, and quinoa with lemon garlic dressing was outstanding. I recommend the iced Cuban coffee. This Well location is in the middle of a relaxing park type surrounds which allows for conversation in a quiet environment.

And when they repaint this one and get it away from the color (I think it’s called blue anxiety at Sherwin Williams) it’ll be one of my favs!

I love this store so much. They do humanitarian + good product (coffee, food) so well. The hospitality is wonderful and my drip was delicious. I’ve been obsessed with their light roast and got some for home. Love that they’re all over the city.
