I am from Utah, had the opportunity to dine at The White Alligator on Feb 13, had the Muffaletta Sandwich and Jambalaya, I found both to be very tasty and was equally impressed with the attentiveness to service. The Jambalaya really got my attention! Thanks!

We decided to come here after passing by our last time at the factory. The atmosphere is fun and lively, but you can still enjoy your own conversations. The service was quick. We ordered and received our food in less than 15 mins. Watching other tables, it seems to be pretty consistent. Our waitress Courtney was super, super amazing! I got the shrimp and oyster po boy, it was insane. The bread was perfect, the seasoning great, and the shrimp and oysters were perfect!

My wife and I took my brother and one of his childhood friends to The White Alligator for dinner last night. It was really good. My wife had the catfish poāboy, my brother got the roast beef poāboy, his friend did as well, and I had a bowl of gumbo. Everything was fantastic. In fact, I think Iām going to go back today to get another bowl of gumbo. The service was excellent too. The staff was super polite and very nice. Iām sure The White Alligator will be successful.

I canāt say enough good things about White Alligator! We had a group of 10 and called ahead to see if that would work since they donāt take reservations. Courtney was incredible in helping us come up with a plan- either all fitting at one table or they would push tables together for us. Everyoneās food came out just right and was delicious! The service was top notch from start to finish ? this restaurant is a hidden gem and none of us had ever eaten there before, but we will definitely be going back!

The Oysters & the Fried Green Tomatoes appetizer, which are sliced almost paper thin then dipped in this delicious tasty but lite batter, then served with their homemade Remoulade sauce is absolutely to DIE FOR.....And I am usually not a huge proponent of fried green tomatoes! OMG, they are beyond delicious! Must try if you are in the Factory in Franklin TN. The fried Oysters were crazy good too. The Seafood Sampler came with Oysters, Shrimp, Catfish, Hushpuppies & seasoned fries. The White Alligator Po Boy looked delicious and was a very generous portion as well, and a very popular menu item! Very highly recommend this gem ?
Stumbled upon this joint walking through the Factory and I'm so glad I did-- EVERYTHING thing on my plate was fresh and delicious. Managers came by to check on us and other staff removed our dirty plates once we were finished. I got the ham n' cheese po boy, cajun fries, and hushpuppies. Can't wait to come back! To all the 1 and 2 star reviews-- come on folks. They JUST opened this restaurant and are clearly working things out. They don't have the corporate support of opening a boring franchise Shake Shack. Maybe give a little grace on that first visit and try it again. Guarantee the owner and staff will make it right. Absolutely delicious! 5/5

Chris was fantastic! We had a small issue with our food, he was fast to ask about it and instantly got our issue resolved. Literally less than 1 minute later. Some of the best service we have ever had anywhere in the world. Chris and the other bartender (I didnāt catch his name but overheard they have been bartending together for 30+ years) were amazing. Next time we are in town we will certainly be back. Beautiful and extremely clean establishment. Thank you for making our trip! Yall rock!
