Loud music is a turn off.
We love Tio’s, probably average once a week, and would come more often if it wasn’t for the loud music. I understand the purpose to keep people from hanging out when space is limited, but when it’s not busy, please turn it down.
We would bring our entire team here for lunch every week but between the loud music and people trying to talk over the music, it just isn’t enjoyable.
It’s 12:30 on a Wednesday and there’s only four tables occupied, so no need to run people off with the atmosphere and the tables might all be full if it wasn’t so loud in here!

Vegetarian options: The Barrio Bowl with Vegan Carnitas (jackfruit) is delicious (just be sure to 86 the cojita and other possible dairy).
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! The atmosphere is bright and cheerful and they give out whirligigs to kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: The location seems ADA-compliant.

I wasn't terribly impressed. The chips were good, queso ok, the Mexican pizza left much to be desired. If u just wanna go munch a bit on chips and have dinner elsewhere I think that fits this better. Uncomfortable seating.

Amazing taqueria. No frills but delicious tacos, salsas, tortas. Happy to eat a delicious taco off a paper plate. Pour on the salsa verde. Margaritas A+ Happy hour A+ Hesitant to post this review so we don’t have lines out the door but finally a real taco place in Franklin!!!

D Tier Tacos. Very expensive and very small portions of protein came on my tacos. The barbacoa and pollo tacos tasted okay, but both contained more shell than anything. The green salsa was horrible and the red sauce tasted like pizza buffet pizza sauce! You get absolutely no side garnishes except a very very small lime slice. For as expensive as it is, I was surprised to see my food served on paper plates. Dined as soon as it opened and it was dead and the staff was goofing around. I have to say this place is a Pass for sure.

The best Mexican food in Nashville! The tortillas are authentic! No where else beats them! The food and drinks are delicious!
Really not sure where to begin. This place is actually terrible. The salsa is pace.. yes the one from the can that you buy at the store. The fried chicken on the chilaquiles is similar to a frozen Tyson chicken breast. We ate a couple bites and stopped because it was so terrible. The chicken was rubbery and unfortunately they don’t disclose everything that goes into the dishes on the menu. The margarita was literal rubbing alcohol with a single jalepeno on it. Save your money and go down to mojos. Really hate to leave a bad review on a small business but it was just TERRRRIBLE.
Also tell me why I spent almost $100 dollars for two meals and one drink ?
