We have dined here twice now. Both times the servers and hosts have been extremely rude and uninterested in our business. The first time we dismissed it but tonight we walked in almost an hour before closing and the hosts ignored us for a full minute while they talked amongst themselves. Then once we were walked to our table before we even fully sat down the server asked for our drink order and asked if we would be done before 10. It was 9:12 and they close at 10. He literally hovered over our table the entire meal making us feel uncomfortable and as soon as he thought we were done with an item he swooped in like a hawk and picked it up. I was still chewing my last bite as he was picking up my plate. We will for sure not be back, even though the food was actually very good. I have worked in food service my entire life and when an establishment “closes” at 10 that means they are no longer accepting tables at that time, not everybody needs to be out by 10. Even if that is your stance, when a table comes in almost a hour before closing, why rush them out from the minute they walk in? Left a 20% tip because we would never stiff someone but this server absolutely didn’t deserve it and needs to be trained on customer service.

My wife and I had a wonderful time eating dinner at Tito's tonight on a whim. We walked in and there was about a 20 minute wait, but it was crowded which is a good indicator for us. The staff were super friendly. The food was excellent! We got the taquitos, two margaritas, and a taco each - phenomenal!
But even more so, the manager Madeline Honey, she was superb! Very engaging, super helpful and knew the menu thoroughly with great recommendations. Our server, Martin, also very courteous and smiley. The food was great, but the service made the experience! We'll be back!

If you want to bring somene to eat good mexican food, I'd recommend a foodtruck. Never been to place where I was more excited for the taste and texture of my silverware than the churros and food

The meat I ordered, with excess salt, the onion all raw and full of spices, the salty rice, the stiff tortillas. I do not know what else to add to this situation.

The man who is working the bar at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday February 11th was an incredible guy he was very busy and still helped me out a ton he really deserves special recognition for his great work
The host staff is horrible and rude. They make guests wait unnecessarily due to their inability to simply seat people in open tables.

I used to love this restaurant, but after visiting tonight and finding out that they no longer allow any kind of substitutions or changes to the menu items my family and I left without ordering anything. I don’t know why they’ve decided that customers no longer deserve basic accommodations, because now they refuse to allow ANY substitutions or modifications.
People have allergies, food sensitivities, and religious beliefs that prevent them from eating certain things. A restaurant that is unable to make any changes to accommodate its customers is ridiculous in this day and age
