Great tropical smoothie location. The owners are extremely nice and the staff was great. We love this location and visit often.

We usually really enjoy tropical smoothie. We decided try their new O’hana Breeze smoothie and it was extremely bitter, it almost tasted like the pineapple wasn’t ripe at all and was very watered down. We asked if it would be possible to have something else made instead and they were completely unwilling to help. The worker said their boss “wouldn’t be very happy with that” and recommended that we buy another $8 smoothie instead.

While the wraps were delicious, my son had ordered a blueberry bliss smoothie. He tried it and while we normally enjoy fruit smoothies, this was very bland and kinda gross. I went up and told the young lady that my son (which clearly showed it was still full to the top), if we could get something different. She said unless something is wrong with it, there was NOTHING she could do .... I spent $36 on 2 wraps and 2 smoothies, tipped 15% for clearly just doing their job, and there's nothing they can do? I would NOT recommend going here and definitely do NOT recommend the Blueberry Bliss smoothie! We will continue to go to Smoothie King for any future smoothies...A little disappointed to say the least ...

I came in yesterday for a quick bite to eat and I see a nice gentleman working very hard, but all of the kids were just sitting around giggling,laughing and hardly doing anything

Ordered a smoothie for my wife via Door Dash, and specifically requested to sub bananas for pomegranate as she needs to avoid them for medical reasons. It was on the ticket stuck to the side of the cup. They did not sub the bananas. Even leaving them out it would have been preferable, but it distinctly tastes like banana.

It was my first time in and I will be back. Staff was super nice! Smoothie was great! They played good music. Highly recommend!

Reasonably priced and a nice selection of smoothies --while l have never ordered any food here, I can say it is a family favorite when we are hungering for a smoothie with fresh ingredients. Service is prompt and employees are friendly and attentive. Just a heads up... While the shop is right on Cool Springs Blvd., it is somewhat hidden in plain sight.

My order wasn’t prepared as requested. When asked to have it like I asked the person was not very pleasant after that… customer service here is a hit & miss.
