I had the garden omelette which was filled with tasty vegetables and a slightly spicey sauce on top. It was very good. Service was very good. The server was very attentive.
I think Tupelo Honey has loads of potential. I've just never been overly impressed by the food and options for the price paid. It's good food. You'll enjoy your meal. I think I just expect a little more for a nicer restaurant like this. Service is always incredible! Everyone is kind and accommodating and great to talk with! It also has really cute vibes inside as far as decor and theme go- check out your cup, they're adorable! Also, just an odd thing I experienced that I'm sure is abnormal, the front area where we walked in smelled strongly like chemical cleaners on my most recent visit. Love to know the place is clean, just not the most enticing smell when you walk in a restaurant. It also seemed super bright but that may just be me and my preference as well. Overall, Tupelo Honey is a steady, stable, gets the job done place. But for dinner it won't be your best meal in town.
Most of our food was dry and overcooked. Normally the biscuits are fluffy and melt in your mouth, but they were crispy and crunchy. We went there to celebrate a birthday, and although we mentioned that in our reservations, had to remind our server. The birthday celebration offered by the restaurant was less than exciting and felt more like an inconvenience. We expected a little bit more when paying $160 for a family of 5 meal.
We had a fabulous dinner. My wife's favorite is the fried chicken. I had the meatloaf this time and it was delicious. Took the kids out for a nice meal. Our waiter was very polite and kept our drinks coming. Great job! Will be back next time we are in Nashville. We live in Texas so we will be visiting the Frisco location soon. Probably for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend going...just not on the night we go, the wait can be long.
Wait staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and included Shrimp and Grits and chicken tenders. Food was well-prepared and served hot!
Our daughter was a mgr at THC and she schooled us on the importance of food runners NOT “auctioning” off the food when it comes from the kitchen. Our first dish was auctioned off. After that the runners knew where the food was going. I asked the first guy when he presented that and asked who had it, “Are you auctioning off this dish?” He looked at me like a deer in the headlights. We would have ordered more drinks if the server had been more attentive. 9:15 reservation for Olsson on 11/8, seated at a 6 top by the end of the bar.
Food was lukewarm at best. Wife's potatoes were way too salty. She didn't tell me until we were almost finished eating or I would have sent her meal back. Servers must have been understaffed as we didn't see ours but once during our meal. Someone else noticed my drink was empty and brought a refill. The restaurant in Huntsville, Alabama was very much better.
Love this place! Restrooms always need attention when we are there but they could easily fix this! Food is amazing!!! Never skip the biscuits!! Service is great. Super nice area.
The fried green tomatoes and goat cheese grits are awesome! The hot chicken sandwich had no spice and a small serving of fries and the morning bowl which is my favorite in Asheville was missing the fresh green tomato salsa that changed the dish
Stephanie was our waitress at the Huntsville location and we could not have asked for a better server! Her personality is contagious to say the least! The food was so delicious at a great price. The only suggestions that I have for improvement would to be to offer larger servings options of the chicken potato soup and the banana pudding desert. They are so very very good! I will definitely be returning

My wife and I was hungry after a 7 hour road trip to get here. We decided to eat here and I am so glad we did. Our food took a little longer to get to us and therefore, we were given a complimentary appetizer due as an apology for our food not being ready. My wife ordered the meatloaf w/collard greens and Mac and cheese and I ordered the fried chicken (sirarcha honey) w/ Mac and cheese. The food was very well seasoned and delicious. Our server (Aliana) was impeccable with her service and to top it off, we had the banana pudding that was also a 10/10. We will visit this restaurant again whenever we are back in town.

One of my favorite places in Franklin. Food is amazing and the menu rotates fairly often it seems.
Pet friendly out on the patio, and they even have a separate pet menu.

The food and service was very outstanding we had a waitress name (Andrew I hope this is correct he works in the bar area a very pleasant guy. ) we got there about 7 o'clock and we didn't order until around about 7:30 or 7:45. It took a little longer than expected for the food to come out being that the restaurant close around about 830. The ambience was very nice. The restrooms were clean. We was there to celebrate. My husband‘s birthday it was about six or seven people that was invited to his dinner . We enjoyed ourselves . I wish all the waiters and waitresses could have gotten together to sing happy birthday, like some restaurant usually do we did get a free dessert for him. Thanks' Tupelo staff for great! service. 😊 I forgot to mention the food was very reason able.
Weird experience today - They were out of potato's by 11:30, they open at 11. They used to dress up their bloody Mary's and now they don't? Waitress was shocked when I asked for Bloody Mary fixings. Their grits seemed, plain. Like no cream cheese or goat cheese. I've been coming to this Tupelo for years and I feel like it's just been getting worse and worse. Sad to say goodbye, but it's just not as good anymore :/
