Showed up after Sessanta, Brittany and Chef were overwhelmed. Katie bailed on her team so myself and my brother started bussing tables, cleaning tables and getting patrons sat at tables, booths and bars. Environment was electric!! Customers were happy and enjoying watching outsiders lend a hand and help. Brittany and Chef....Thank you so much for a perfect ending to a perfect night. It was A Perfect Circle!! The ordering process was smoother than a perfectly buttered waffle, and the staff were as cheerful as a morning sunrise. My meal arrived promptly, packaged with care like a gourmet gift from the breakfast gods.However, my hashbrowns were like a lonely island without the promised ham. I searched high and low, but alas, the ham was nowhere to be found! This unexpected twist left me feeling like a breakfast detective in a mystery novel. Despite this minor setback, I still recommend Waffle House for a tasty and convenient meal. Just remember to keep an eye out for any missing ham!

I cannot say enough good about our experience last night! We overtook the restaurant with a very large group of kids after a musical and they handled it in stride! So kind and attentive, quick with making sure all bar seats were clean, tables wiped down, menus waiting. Orders were taken quickly and food was delivered promptly! Such a wonderful experience! All employees were great and never one time did they give anything below a 5 star experience!! Thank you so much!
Good food and service, except for spilling my milk and none of the employees even looked up. Only other customers laughed, that's it. Waffle House is crazy expensive now too. Overpriced but hey, until Franklin gets a Whataburger this will have to do after 10p.

My wife and I just moved to Franklin, TN from Illinois, and we had a great experience together at this Waffle House!Jordan was our server, and she was phenomenal, to say the least. She was very friendly, made sure our orders were cooked to perfection, kept our drinks refilled without us needing to ask, and she was quick on her feet working everywhere.While I didn’t get the rest of the staff names, they were all excellent, as well. They all were friendly and professional, in addition to working hard.I accidentally shorted Jordan on her tip, and when I revisited today, I was happy she was my server again! I was able to make up for her short tip from before. And once again, she was very friendly, quick, hard working, and kept my drink refilled.The cook was even making sure that everyone was happy, and all of the other servers were friendly and hard-working, too!If I owned this location, I would be extremely proud of what an incredible crew I had! It’s extraordinary service like this will definitely keep me happily coming back for more!!Great job everybody!! :)
