When NOBODY had power-homes and businesses- Waffle House was open and makin' food! The place has no open seats. We waited about 20 minutes. This is why we love Waffle House, then staff are awesome, the food is great and my fellow customers are good people.

This was one of the best WH experiences. If you are in this area, go here. The staff is great and the two lady grill masters were making meals from memory. Staff bark out orders and she remembered every single one. So much fun to experience.

I came here with my sister on the night of 11/05. It was incredibly busy and there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook. I didn't have high expectations because it seemed like a lot of work for just those 2 to do but they really pulled it together. They were friendly, quick, food was delicious, no errors at all. I didn't catch their names but it was excellent service and food.

Horrible customer service. Heather was our server. She forgot about us after we ordered, brought out or food cold and asked if it was ok to refill the salt/pepper shakers and napkins. We asked to speak to a manager and she ignored us then proceeded to throw away everything with a trash can in front of us. I expected way more from the cool springs location. When we complained online we never got an email back apologizing. Don’t go there.

Waffle House...no real butter at this time nor real maple syrup. Waffle syrup with corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup and maple flavoring. Needless to say, I had to avoid the pecan Waffle I had originally loved from 30 yes ago. I hope Waffle House will return to standards they had decades ago. Eggs kinda bland and the grits were oily. Bacon was fine, but Waffle House, get with the health program Robert Kennedy is pushing for. And support farmers by offering real butter. Step up, before its too late.
Big breakfast was great. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Their health score was a 99.

I've never been in a waffle house with a cracker barrel feel,but that's the only way I can describe it.... Very friendly.... Food was good ... Atmosphere not disturbing.... It was neither loud or quit... Just nice.... Would recommend.. .

The whole experience was easy peasy. She took the orders and 8 minutes later the food was out and its was DELICIOUS. Shout out to the cook for the clean food!
