Great food, portions on the smaller side for what you pay. The bar area is getting sloppy/cluttered and turning into a storage area it seems. My main complaint is I cant leave my own tip amount on the scanner screen- i believe it was options of None, 15%, or 20%. Maybe I missed seeing "other". I dont mind tipping some for minimal service from the register / order taker, but I'd prefer to tip my amount versus the options listed. Great chicken.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service at the Waldo’s in Franklin! Tonight, we ordered a whole chicken because we’re doing a low-carb diet. When we went to pick it up, Waldo’s realized that there would be an extended wait. Casey and the folks at Waldo’s not only compensated us for the order, but gave us a gift card for our trouble! Whether this is a location specific level of service or company wide, we love going to Waldo’s!
Not to mention, the chicken, sides and sauces are some of the best around!

Let’s talk about the cheese biscuits and chicken ! The best prepared, tasty, food no matter what you get ! Them biscuits omg melt in your mouth . Just a great drive thru or dine in place and the beer is ice ice cold and crisp .
Food is decent but 3 out of the last 4 times my girlfriend has ordered a chicken sandwich plain but the sandwich always has pickles sauce or both on it. Kinda strange that they can’t get this right.
