Great times and great food!

Had the OG chicken sandwich and fries. It was good, not a lot of chicken on it though . Fries were hot, but very limp and really salty. Definitely not worth $11. Wife got 4 tenders, only ate one. She didn’t care for them at all. I finished them, didn’t want them to go to waste. Very salty as well! Sauces were really runny too. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.

Food tastes okay, but I am confused why the website advertises 2 sauces with the tender combo and then the restaurant only gives 1? I would have paid for extra, just want truth in advertising!

Food here is always fresh and hot. Service has historically been great here.

Not sure what happened but recently the service has come down in quality. Drive thru messed up my order. Placed the wrong order, made me reorder it and then wait in the drive thru parking spot. Zander brought me my food and practically tossed it into my car and walked away. I then had to come inside and ask for the other half of my order which was missing. Dismissive and in Unempathetic.

This might be an issue on the day staff and not night. Night staff has been great. Day staff blasts loud hispanic music and really does not care and it sadly shows.

Love the company and other locations. Hoping this is just a seasonal issue.

I had "The Roost" pulled chicken sandwich as served. It was an amazing flavor combo. I also had the tomato/cucumber salad and it was also great. My son had the fried chicken 1/4 and said the breading had an amazing flavor and he said he didn't know who could eat more than that amount. His fiancee had "The O.G." sandwich and she said it was delish. We got the food via the drive thru and it was fast and courteous. Great place. It's going to surpass Chick-fil-A hands down.

Wow I’m from Indianapolis and I had a wonderful welcome from the whole crew like believe me try the greens how about all the food is good chicken salad , greens ,white beans and oh wow to the muffins yes they let me try it all before I bought it will be back and thank you manager Johnathan!!!!

Very disappointed. I had ordered once through Door Dash and had been very happy with the Scratch Salad with the rotisserie chicken. The only thing I was not happy about was that I had added on (and paid extra for) extra ranch dressing. It was included in my order but the two together was barely enough as they are miniature containers, smaller than usual little cups. Other than that, nice salad.

So a week later I decided to drive through and pick up the same salad. First of all, the young man was not welcoming or helpful. I again ordered extra ranch dressing. When I arrived at the window, he was very distracted socializing with his coworkers while I paid. Then another young man gave me my food. I asked if the extra dressing was in there and he said no, it wasn’t on the ticket but I’ll give you some. Well, glad I asked. Then I got home and my salad did not have the almonds or cucumber that I really like. Basically just the lettuce, few tomatoes, chicken and some very soft croutons. (I requested no bacon.) Sounds trivial but things are expensive these days. I want what I pay for! Do better please.

Our fav chicken place closed and we heard of Waldo’s coming to town so we finally got to go try it! It was so yummy, we were greeted as we walked in the door & all of our 1,999 questions were answered no problem. Chicken was great, Mac and cheese was cheesy & shoe string fries are awesome, the price is definitely worth what you get. We asked for numerous sauces to try and were granted them no problem. Will be back thank you!
