Food Everything was bangin! Ordered the rotisserie chicken, the OG, cheddar biscuit basket, Mac n cheese, potato wedges and Everything was amazing! The thing I Like is their chicken is actually seasoned well, not too much breading on the OG, the Alabama white sauce was really flavorful and paired well with the pulled chicken. The cheddar biscuits are a must-try and don't even need the butter. Service was extremely quick! Felt like we had the biscuits before we even sat down lol. Small interior, so most orders were takeout. Small selection of draft beers to choose from but the reason to try this place is definitely the food!

I haven't come in a bit because ordering just 2 chicken finger baskets takes forever! It's just fried for everything.How can I be waiting forever for a simple order EVERY time I have come in the past two months. Before, it was quick and fast and now it's terrible service.

Holy chicken! This place is TASTYYYY!! I had the 1/4 rotisserie dark chicken with white beans and coleslaw and I wish I ordered more. I cannot wait to come back and try the fried chicken!! That cheddar biscuit was the icing on top of the meal. Do yourself a favor and EAT HERE!!!

I am in Franklin on business. I wanted to try some chicken so I googled best chicken near me and this came up. Restaurant is on the small side but bright and clean. I told the girl at the register I had never been and she was very helpful with giving me selections to try. I got the chicken strips basket, which ones with one side. I chose the cucumber tomato salad. The strips were the best chicken strips I’ve ever had. Slight spice them but super moist. Perfect amount of breading. The cucumber tomatoe salad was delicious! Highly recommend visiting Waldo’s Chicken & Beer!

Was having a very bad day. Dog got sick and liquid diarrhea'd all over my back seat at 7 am AND my ex texted me. All before lunchtime. By lunch I was ready to rumble so I went to waldos and they made it all better. The Mac n cheese, tenders, and collard greens are so good. Biscuits fresh and soft. 10/10 will visit again.

The menu had enough variety to please most with fried chicken, rotisserie chicken, tenders, and nuggets, sandwiches, and salads.I was in Franklin from out of town on business. Fried chicken is my favorite and I enjoy eating at places that I don't have back on the west coast. Waldo's is a regional chain with locations in 7 states stretching from Alabama to Colorado.Only reason I didn't give the atmosphere a 5 is that at dinner time, the place was packed. If it's always that busy, they might need a bigger location.

Eaten here a couple times now and the food is fantastic. The Foul Mouth sandwich is my favorite. Honestly better than the popular fast food chicken sandwiches. The tenders are delicious too. Always moist inside and I love the breading. Plus the staff is friendly and attentive. Very happy to have a new Waldo's right on my way home.

It was my first time visiting this place and I was treated with such disrespect and contempt by the staff that I literally felt degraded as a human being. The manager apologized and refunded me my money but the hurt and anger will not go away any time soon. What an awful, awful, awful experience.
