Been to this Wendy’s 4 times and haven’t left with food once. They always seem to be out of something and poor customer service skills make this for an awful place to try and get food.

Just stopped for a egg and sausage biscuit, two bites and had to throw it away, biscuit was so stale, the whole thing was pretty bad.
The girl at the window today 10/4/24 had the most beautiful smile and blue eyes I have ever seen and just a absolute joy

I just came from this location and everything was in order ?. Anyways, the way that the manager talk to the workers was unacceptable, i might report it. Blasted it on the media. Needs to be stopped immediately. If I have to go in there and make a live video. Women needs to chill.

Staff is overworked and I'm sure underpaid. They're doing the best they can but you should expect to wait for your food. Especially during busy lunch times.

I was there trying to talk a manager about a job they acted so rude in there they had me waiting but they had no orders very disrespectful there don't try to get a job there

TL;DR : it sure seems like they maliciously messed with my order.
It’s 11. Late, but well before they close. I get a double stack biggie bag, large size. With ketchup. They specify the price. I can see on the screen.
I get to the window they give me a small drink. I point out: It isn’t large. They pour my small drink into a large cup that is already full of ice. The cup is now full. I then received my small drink in a large cup.
Fine. It’s late. Whatever.
They give me my bag and tell me ketchup is at the bottom. Because they gave me the wrong cup, I checked the bag. It’s a small fry. Clearly irritated, after a couple minutes they give me a large fry.
I was pleasant throughout this entire encounter.
I drive home, five minutes away. I realize the fries are cold. Fine. It’s late. Whatever.
I realize there is no ketchup at the bottom of the bag. I realize there’s only three or four nuggets. Beginning to be suspicious, I checked the burger. There’s no cheese.
They clearly gave me the absolute bare minimum worst version of what I ordered that they thought they could get away with.

Glad that another fast-food place moved to Columbia Ave., Franklin, TN. The drive-thru service was prompt and polite. The food was good (burger hot & tender, fries crisp but not hard, Frostee was tasty).

Tracey was very rude and when I asked for her name she gave me a fake name and said it was “ashley”. When ordering she asked me order multiple times bc she wasn’t listening. Also left a fry out of the bag and a hair in my burger.

Staff have been friendly for the most part but not great. I always order on the app to get the “deals” but just about every time when I pickup my order at the drive thru, they were out of a particular drink, sauce or even the chocolate frosty. How can a Wendy’s run out of chocolate frosty?!
Management clearly does not know how to run the place and order the right quantity of items.
Additional complaints:
Wendy’s app - some of the meals won’t give you all of the drink options, and others list those drinks. (Coke freestyle machine). Google tells me management needs to make updates in the computer for that location.
Drive thru experience - placed an order, get to the speaker, and they tell me they don’t have my order. After a few minutes I guess the employee figured out how to work the system on their side and tried to say “it just came through.” That’s BS, I placed the order 5+ mins before I arrived. Train your employees. It wasn’t that busy when I arrived either. Guy hands me the food, I take a quick look and I see the correct amount but only one type of sauce that I requested. So I wait for him to come back to the window and ask for the sauce and he tells me they are out of everything but the one kind. Ok, so you weren’t going to let me know and thought I’d just drive off? Even worse, I get home and we have 7 nuggets in the 10pc. I guess the employees don’t know how to count.
This Columbia Ave. location just opened maybe 2 months ago, and I can understand a bit of a rocky start, but this place is clearly run so poorly that I have no expectations of it still being in business for 2 more months. I’ve been through there an embarrassing amount of times since they opened because I’m trying to give them a chance, but we won’t be back.
