Thought my online order had plenty of time prior to my arrival but it wasn't ready and one burger wasn't right. That isn't to say we didn't enjoy. I will be back.

With no one in front of me, empty place. Took them 8min to start my order. I ordered 2 items. Took them 13min to hand it to me. Yes. Only 1 person in kitchen. 1 person at drive thru and 2 crew members on break. Still should not have took 8 min to start my order when the place is empty and should not have took 5min for 2 simple items. No hustle whats so ever. The 2 guys that ordered 1 min behind me got their food 6min after me. Wow. Friendly guys but this is not the service I expect from Wendy’s.

WHY CANT FAST FOOD GET ORDER RIGHT
I DRIVE ALL THE WAY HOME AND FIND OUT MY ORDER IS WRONG WHEN IT WAS RIGHT ON THE SCREEN !!!! After working 9 hours and driving 18 minutes home im not going back and spending my hard earned money!!!

I had hair in my fries. The first piece I thought had to be a mistake, but TWO??!! And it was wrapped around my fries.
I called to talk to the manager and she could not have cared less. Very unprofessional! Told me it wasn’t possible cause the girl had a cap on. All I know is what I see in front of me. Hair in my food that’s not mine. GROSS!

Worst place to go for breakfast. They either always pull you up, or forget something. You upsized something? You're getting a small regardless. You modify your order in any way? Forget it, you're getting it exactly how it comes on the menu. Paid for extra anything? You're not getting it. Want a coffee for breakfast? Expect to be pulled up for a minimum of 5 minutes while they serve 4 cars after you and bring you a half made coffee without so much as an apology for the wait. Want sauce for your sandwich or ketchup for your fries? It won't be in there even if you ask. And rude and hateful when it's brought to their attention or asked to be fixed.
When it 1st opened, it was great. Now they have people that work there that don't care! Both my wife and I had raw burgers, and the soda machine was squirting syrup all over you when you filled your soda. I told the guy behind the counter about my wet shirt, and he laughed and said he didn't know what to do. I thought it was just water until I got home! There was no manager, and the staff was clueless. Another issue was the time before the guy said we had to order online or at one of the kiosks, as his register was not working. I'm a senior, and figuring out how to get what I wanted was a nightmare! We are never going back!

The worst staff that I see in my entire life, there is a IA taking the orders because a regular human can handle it ... if you order 2 coffees you have to wait at least 10 min..thats is insane!!
