I ordered a large brownie batter fusion on the app and they only gave me a small because they were “closing” even though it’s 1 hour before they close. Like are you serious at least refund me but no I get 2 smalls: they are expensive as hell

Every time I come here, they have shut down the frosty machines. I'd like to know when the frosty machines are in operation. Two hours before closing tonight, and they already had the frosty machines down.

Our plane was delayed and got there at midnight-40 (12:40am). We were starving and they advertise open until 1:00am. Untrue. When going through drive through at said time, the lady said “they were closed” . We chalked it up to laziness. Poor customer service.

This location claims it stays open until 1 am but don’t waste your time going after midnight. I showed up at 12:35 AM and there were at least two employees working and not a car in line or in sight and one of them said they closed early bc they’re understaffed. How convenient 20 minutes before close...Either this employee refused to serve me out of laziness and should be fired or management should shut this store down since they cannot operate it effectively during the hours they claim to be open. Literally went to Taco Bell right after this and the employee said that even if they were understaffed, they wouldn’t close the store. Cheers to Taco Bell 🍺

You had literally one job. Make a customized sandwich from which is in the apps options. Ordered an Asiago GRILLED Chicken sandwich and got this BS. I'm too effing hungry to drive back. You should be happy I don't. Huge fail on your part!! What's this? A spicy chicken 99¢ special? Cuz its NOT the 6 dollar sandwich that's for sure Not grilled, no bacon, no EFFORT!!!!

I went to Wendy's on Murfreesboro Rd in Franklin,TN tonight at 10:30PM. The female whom was taking orders at the drive thru rudely said over the intercom "Can I take your order? It must not be nothing open tonight." I politely told her nevermind and drove off. If this is the type customer service you all provide as a company it is horrifying and very unprofessional. People shouldn't apply to job they don't want to work. I'm very offended by this treatment and will never visit this location again. I would really appreciate if someone reached out to me regarding this matter.

So I like Wendy's food and this was no disappointment. However their new system won't ring up individual burger patties. So I have service 3 stars for not being able to order my usual. But I do want to totally blame the staff cause it wasn't her fault service was unsatisfactory. So atmosphere gets one star because the top of leadership is responsible for that and the menu restriction as far as I can tell. I will say the gal behind the counter did well to help me find a solution. It was very good but I don't like paying for what I am not getting and I appreciate when a restaurant can comply with my dietary restrictions. I dunno, may not be back to this location.
