Why does my chicken (Classic Chicken Sandwich) taste like it's old and without a hint of heat? I'm so disappointed that the night crew serves such poor quality food?! Then they do not give a receipt (I forgot to ask for it and should not have to) so that I'll have the information to provide a proper review. Corporate officers should make unannounced visits to their businesses during non-business hours to see exactly what the customer is receiving.

Large bowl of chili on a cold day of construction work. 490 satisfying calories for $4.31 tax included. It's Franklin so it goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway. The bathrooms and restaurant were immaculate.

Im not the type to leave reviews. But this place is TRASH. the customer service SUCKS! They are rude!

Im in the drive thur line, the lady asked very rudely how many people are behind me huffing because they are busy. You hear loud music in the background.

I get the the window. They already had my food ready, they were fast getting my food! I said thanks. The lady said, yea okay hunny. Then, she shut the window in my face...

Costumer service is the worst. We had to go inside from the drive through to pick up our order because they wouldn’t bring it out. Messed up our order. Then the employees started arguing between themselves yelling profanity. Very messy staff, on their phone, wearing airpods. Only two employees were nice and actually had manners and costumer service.

I haven't had Wendy's in a while and decided to go after work. Idk If it's across the world BUT WTH happened to the burgers?! Did the company literally shrink the burgers and increase the prices? I felt like my biggie bag meal was a kid's meal. ??‍♀️????
