Why is it closed 15 minutes early? Change the time to be more accurate, other branches say they close before 00:00 and your branch is supposed to be open until 00:00 not closed at 23:45. Waste of time and hopes for a late meal.

Was in the drive thru at 9am waited in the drive thru for 5 min said hello nobody answered so I pulled around didn’t see nobody in the window so I tried to go in the doors were locked pulled back to the drive thru said hello again and someone answered took my order then I had to wait 15 minutes for some French toast sticks and I was the only one in line the customer service is terrible definitely won’t be coming back

Went through drive thru. The girl didn't give me all my change back, not sure if she didn't know to count back money or she was intentionally stealing. I didn't want to loop back, I thought she must need that $1. But then I opened my bag to cold fries and nuggets. This makes no sense. I ordered a Biggie Bag, and nowhere was it warm food. We have to get better Wendy's. This is a darn shame. I was too tired, but I will never return to this location, and I am to a point of dropping this food chain all together. When using cash, count your bills and change! This is why I hate using drive-thru.

I understand only offering drive thru services when you don’t have enough staff for the dining room but please post a sign. This is a consistent issue with this location.

Stopped by at 10pm. All lights were on. Guy walks out toting a garbage can and looks at me sitting in the drive-thru.... "Oh sorry man, we're closed. Our night crew quit on us. " I said, Well turn your damn lights off!" Drove 7 minutes north to Brentwood, and had no issues there.

Would like to say the service was great - this is nothing against the staff in anyway - they had an amazing attitude and great service. But I got 2 meals to go tonight & ended up not being able to eat my burger. Tastes like it was made at lunch and wasn’t served until dinner. The other meal was just as bad. will never be back

This Wendy's is terrible. The guy wouldn't even try to help with my online order. Just said "it's not in the system. I don't have any orders." I gave him the mobile order number and everything and he just shrugged at me, told me that does him no good and to just cancel my order. So I guess I'll go somewhere else. I'm not reordering from here.
