Ordered a meal which included a drink but was not offered a cup for the drink. When I asked, I was told that the fountain machine was down but no alternative was offered. The front desk person sounded like he was trying to convince the owner/manager to figure out an alternative. But he refused a couple times and then argued with me that no drink is included. Finally he offered just a dollar off if I purchased one of their overpriced bottled drinks. It was some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while.Also, actual prices are higher than prices on the menu on their website. And the cheese dip I received was practically room temperature and parts of it were starting to get chunky.Very disappointed and won’t return.

I am obsessed with their 5 rolled taco with guacamole combo meal. It's my go to when getting take out. Will definitely be trying other menu items whenever I visit in person. Absolutely delicious. If you get the chance to visit here, do it! You won't be disappointed.

I actually feel so bad for people who haven’t discovered this place, yet. My girlfriend and I came to try it and this place is absolutely fantastic. I will absolutely be coming back here. The service is awesome and the people here are so nice. The food is fresh and delicious. If you wanna venture out somewhere new in Franklin to get some tacos, you won’t regret coming here!

Small storefront in a strip mall with a handful of tables and cool artwork on the walls.Order at the counter and they deliver to your table when ready.I got Chili Colorado and it was delicious. Way hotter than I anticipated, it came with rice, beans, guacamole, crema and Pico.Loaded it up on flour tortillas and showed down. Slightly salty but flavorful.Here's the Breakdown:Cool interior art +1 star; good food +1 star; friendly service +1 star; big portions +1 star.I'll go back.

Places like this are why Google needs to allow a one time use 10 star review. Freaking incredible tacos. Kid working recommended the Birra Tacos and they did not let down.It’s a small, hole-in-the-wall sort of spot. Don’t overlook it. Best tacos I’ve had in a long time.

Great service and great food! The happy meal is the way to go and if you are a tostada person then it is a must! My daughter enjoyed her burrito as well. The place is small and not very noticeable but look it up and stop by :) The guy at the counter was attentive and very nice.

Go here if you want to be overcharged and treated like a thief. Just moved to the area and came here for the first time. I ordered a burrito for $10 and chips and queso for $7.50. My total was $19.98. After I already paid, the man who rang me up said I didn’t pay for queso. I didn’t really understand what he was talking about so I kept eating. He brought me the queso and when I was finishing up eating, he again said I had to pay for the queso. I said, I ordered 2 things and my bill was $20. I ordered a burrito and I ordered chips and queso. So you’re going to try to tell me my burrito was $20 when I’m looking at the prices right now? He said “fine nevermind”. So needless to say I will not be going back. The food was good but I’m not going to be treated like a thief.
