Which Wich Cool Springs

This use to be so good. They closed in Murfreesboro years ago so when I saw it in Brentwood I was exciting. The ladies at the front didn’t understand English very well and the sandwich was awful! The meat was ice cold on warm bread and loaded with mayo. Took one bite and threw the rest out.

Paper from the cheese was in my sandwich that cost me $18. Thanks a lot 😒

Ordered pickup online… came into claim the food and the manager wouldn’t let me get the food without showing an email. I then showed screen shots of the email and she still wouldn’t serve me the food and was really rude about it. What are the odds that someone with me name and a screenshot of my order would be trying to steal food? Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

Online says close at 9pm. I literally walk in at 8pm and they say they are closed. I drive 22 minutes to get there. Get your hours corrected please.

The food here is very tasty for what it is. A little on the pricier side, two sandwiches (one regular one large), a milkshake, two orders of fries and one drink was around $50 but better quality than subway for sure. It was my first time there and will definitely be back.

Used to be my favorite place for lunch. It has gone so downhill which makes me sad. This place needs to be refreshed or redone. The dining tables and chairs are awful and everything is so dirty in general and makes you not want to eat there. Wish they would put some money into it and turn it around before they have to close. I would come in much more often!

First time here today, stopped for lunch on my road trip. Liked the steak sandwich I got. The fries were ok. Not much drinks options. Will be back.

First time here. Just stopping through. The ladies working were super sweet and helpful. The sandwich was delicious.

Sandwich was cold, aujus was cold, fries were raw place was dirty. $18 for a sandwich combo? No thank you.

Friendly, kind and professional staff! There was a young lady at the register who assisted me with my order, due to a glitch on the app. I appreciate her help and the good food!

Ordered a meatball sub but they did not put marinara on it originally. When I took it up to correct it they added marinara but it was ice cold on a sub that is supposed to be toasted. They then just threw away my sub when I took it up so I had them refund. My order. Would give zero Stars if possible

Friendly, and efficient. The fellow who took my order and made my sandwich was totally, positively on point in his mission to serve me and make a great sandwich.
