Whit's Frozen Custard - Franklin, TN

They have really good ice cream flavors. Their milk shakes are good as well. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and respectful to the customers. Great place for a scoop of ice cream on a summer night. Their flavor of the day is good depends on what your taste buds are craving.

Oh my goodness! I'm about to go back! I got a whister with half vanilla and half chocolate with heath bar! So so good!!

I asked for a vanilla with butterscotch and extra pecans mixed in. Hardly had any pecans and very little butterscotch. Been going to Whit’s a long time. Disappointed.

The custard is good. We feel like Andy’s is better, though Whits is a close runner up. Friendly staff and clean store. We had a 5 out of 5 stars experience.

We absolutely think Whit’s is the best custard, we’ve compared them to Andy’s & Culver’s and Whit’s always wins! We do wish both locations were bigger for more seating options but at least this one has some seating. Service can be interesting when run by teenagers who just kind of stare blankly and/or don’t understand what’s going on but to be expected I guess. When it comes to the product, it’s always consistent and so yummy thanks!

It's creamy, dreamy, and delicious!! Whit's is one of those places that you like because you like ice cream...ok, technically frozen custard - but you get my point. You go for the sweets...and boy is it worth it. Please be patient, it's literally run by teenagers. I'm sure you can read between the lines there...they have fun at work, it's not always the most efficient or professional, but they are more gainfully employed than some adults. And no, I don't want to share...get your own. ?

Dietary restrictions: There's no guarantee that there won't be nut cross-contamination, despite efforts to limit it.

Parking: It looks like parking is limited on the street side, but the lot behind is big and is well lit.

Place is small when ur comes to seating. However it was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend the grasshopper if you're a fan if munt choo chip.

Prices have gone up recently which is a real shame. Overpriced now, but the flavors are delicious . Very good ice cream and ice cream (custard) sandwiches.
