Usually has good service, but completely messed up my order last night. All ice creams were wrong in some way or form, added extra stuff we hadn't even order. I understand it was busy that night but still no excuse to give us wrong flavors and mess up simple orders!!!!!

Great custard. Tried going by there two different times now and they don’t open until 2:30 because of “winter hours”. It is spring, clear and 70 degrees. Owner may want to steer opening for more than 6 hours a day.

OMG, I found heaven! I was the receiving end of benefactor, a wonderful friend who bought some to eat after some BBQ while watching NFL playoff football. Did I say wonderful? I mean it! Ice custard sandwich. Vanilla custard with 2 super fresh chocolate chip cookies. Wow. Stupendous! Simply, the best I ever had. PS. I'm not sharing my friend.

Do not come to this place if you are expecting quality ice cream. The next door Publix has better quality ice creams. Wondering if all the hyped reviews are from people who had sugar addiction. The ice creams are not made of quality ingredients. They have artificial color and flavors. The grocery store bought ice cream are healthier and better for you if you have a sugar rush. I bought ice cream because my neighbor gave me a gift card. I came home and saw the ingredients were Junk! I tossed them instead. Bet they do a lot of school gift card events. That is probably why. The staff members are a bunch of privileged high school young girls who don't understand customer service. There are hardliners any sitting. People there were like sugar addicts just eager to get their sugar high.

Best ice cream place in Tennessee! Cannot recommend enough. Great and friendly service, and a cool vibe. They have messed my order up a time or two but the few times that it has happened... they have been more than happy to make it correctly.

Bad experienceI rarely eat sweets much less ice cream. I love mint ice cream. I ordered their grasshopper, mint ice cream in a cone and they served it in a cup. It wanted it served in a cone.I said, I ordered it in a cone and they said “we can’t put it in a cone”. Bizarre.Nonetheless, evidently you can’t put any ice cream in a cone here. They don’t tell you this, until you ordered it in a comb and received it in a cup and already paid. Whatever.Anyhow, the grasshopper tastes very medicinal and isn’t good at all. I threw it away.So, I had to order something else because I wanted an ice cream in a cone, and the butterscotch pecan was OK.She was nice and said sorry but I’m in $15 for 2 “mini” scoops and I’m very disappointed in the service.
