Great food, always a great atmosphere. Only problem was that our server disappeared after our food was delivered. No refills, nada

The food is an uninteresting mess. Flavors that don’t work together. Had reservations but they were not honored. Spent 15 minutes waiting for a parking spot but they didn’t care. While we were waiting we went to the bar. The bar tender barked at us that 2 empty spots were taken and didn’t take our drink order. Honestly don’t understand how people like this place.

Waited over 20 mins with no server showing up to ask us for our drink menu, made a reservation at another place which had the same amount of people and waited 1 min for drink. Extremely disappointed, please take less reservations or appropriately staff for large groups.

My wife and I went there for lunch for our weekly date meal. I ordered a pork chop cooked medium. It was overdone. When I mentioned it to the waiter he said he put the order in for medium well, which explains why it was overdone. I reminded him that I wanted it medium. The flavor was good but it was dry.

The only other thing I found surprising is that my wife’s meal was served on a plate that had a significant chip in it. The plate should have been thrown out. Not a good look for a well regarded restaurant.

We had high expectations as we had heard good things, but our experience was somewhat disappointing. Based on the reviews I am sure it is a good restaurant and our experience was probably a rare mediocre one.

The taste of the food was good. The serving size, however, was a rip off. I ordered a beef dish and got hardly any beef, maybe a forkful no lie.

Highly anticipated and excited about eating here. Had lunch with a friend and although the overall experience was solid, the food was good. Nothing mind blowing or exciting. Everything was pretty solid but execution or flavor profile could have been better. Little too much rice in the sushi or missing little something. It was good, just not great.

The food was good, the service was terrible!
I had planned a surprise BD party for a friend. After making the reservation 2 weeks ahead, I stopped by , 4 hours upon our arrival, and talked to the receptionist. I dropped off the cake and the cakestand, and asked them to bring the cake right after we are seated so that we get to surprise our friend and take pictures of her with her cake, and then they can take it back to be servedafyer dinner. I emphasized that she didn't know about the cake and that it'd be a surprise.
When we got there( there were 8 of us) and got settled at the table, I snuck out and talked to the receptionist AGAIN and asked them to bring the cake. Right after I got back to table, the waiter came over and asked the whole table loudly: Are we bringing the cake now??? Do you want it sliced or whole???!
After he ruined the surprise, and we took pictures with the cake, he started taking our orders. He'd ask us randomly , not in an order. And of course, when he brought our dinner , he kept asking who had ordered what! And finally left the last two dish on the table for us to figure it out!!
We asked for straws three times! After dinner, they served the cake. Less than 10 minutes later, he started taking our plates away with cakes in them(!) Without even asking if we were done! It was 9 pm and I guess he wanted to go home, lol.
I had asked them before if we could stay until 10 pm, and they'd told me as long as we ordered before 8:30, we were fine staying and enjoying our night( and cake) till 10 pm.
Eventhough the food was good, I'd never go back!

I was really excited to try this place… and may give it another shot but will order different items. I do not recommend the lobster bisque. It is thick more like the consistency of a gravy and started to congeal as it sat. Told the waiter it wasn’t good and he did not take it off the check which was a bummer.
The yum yum rolls were good, not mind blowing but still good. The Waikiki was a beautiful presentation but not a lot of flavor other than the kiwi. The Crazy Cow was more tasty but will still try something different next time.
