Had a 5 out of 5 total experience. As a 'Solo Hip-Stir Aging Bar Rat Foodie', I am a very tough sell. I sat down at the bar and had Great Food, Great Wine, Great Service with terrifically funny rapport. This place had what the Irish call 'Craik'...that is fast, witty, snarky, fun talk all around. Thanks guys for a good time. Prices were very reasonable, especially for Franklin BTW.

I’ve visited this place a couple of times before, but nothing ever prompted me to write a review. I usually don’t write reviews, but the phenomenal customer service we received tonight was enough to change that. Brit was outstanding; despite the busy atmosphere, he maintained a smile and went above and beyond for us. We appreciated him more than he knows and hope he continues to shine with his bright spirit!

Really enjoyed my experience at wild ginger this weekend. The service was phenomenal... We had the Calamari and Blue Crab Rangoon for appetizers which were so good. Might have been the best calamari ive ever had. For entrees we had the Honey Chicken and the Fish tacos alongside the Waikiki Roll. Great portions of everything and the server boxes our leftovers up for us.Would definitely visit again

Let just start off with Mikey and how awful of a server he is. He disappeared for most of the time we were dining. Our food came out cold which they re made. We then found a hair in my wife's food. The manager was no help at all and to top off the evening they added a 20% tip and would not remove it because it is their policy on party's of 6 or more. We had 6 people in our party. If we were able to tip appropriately on our dinning experience it would not have come close and that is why we feel they added the 20% please take a minute and think if this is the type of treatment you want when picking were to eat.

First the food came out cold, then we found a hair in our noodles. They re-made the cold chicken, but after that our server never came back to check on us until I asked for the manager to get ketchup for our kids food. After all that when we received our check it had the tip already added which seems odd that Mikey would do that because of the awful service he provided.
