I have liked Wingstop for years and was excited to get one in Franklin, but this location is a big disappointment. We have ordered delivery from them twice and both times we didn't receive half of our order. We ended up having to drive to the store and pick up the rest of our order, even though we paid for delivery and tipped the driver. If you expect to get what you paid for, don't order from this location.

I saw a commercial for wing stop while watching football and googled to see if they have one where I live. Needless to say based on the reviews I would never go here when we have Quinn’s, Mineo’s, Bar B Cutie and Dolan’s who all have great wings and service.

That lady call her self manger and she is very rude and races. and I am not recommending that place to anyone and she refused to take my order even I am showing her the order on my phone .And let me do the order online and refused to help me.she said can’t see because the light of the store .

4/12… went back again and the boneless wings were not drained properly. Grease all at the bottom of my container, it was gross and couldn’t eat the chicken at the bottom as it was covered in grease and the dining waiting area was dirty. 10/4 tried again and the food is sooooo salty!! You can’t taste the seasoning because they add so much salt after it’s cooked. Worst location ever!!!

The best wings ever!!! Employees are super attentive, helping you a lot with their guidance and tips for choosing the flavors you might like best. The restaurant was super clean and I was surprised at how quickly my food came out. Everything was perfect, the flavours, the quantities and really the attention they gave us made 100% difference. I certainly plan to go back.
