We love to stop here for lunch when we work around the area, but this time it was poor. The Chicken was so hard it could break your teeth and it was over sauced.

Food was good but service sucks. No napkins or ketchup where customers can get to them and have to ask to get it. Not customer friendly at all.

It was okay. We arrived a few minutes til 11am and I was reading the hand written sign on the door to see if the dining room was open (there were already 2 cars waiting in the drive thru). Someone came to do the door (manager/auditor who sat in the the dining room with a laptop to the whole time we were there) and said they didn't open until 11am to which I said okay I was just reading the sign to see if the dining room was open. So we waited until they opened and went in. Their chicken tenders were quite a bit smaller than I recall. I was not offered any sauces during my order so I had to go back up and get my one sauce (extras are 25 cents each). The guy working the counter seemed to be on edge (maybe because of the manager/auditor?) It looks like this location does more drive thru and carry out business than dine in.

Possibly the worst Zaxby's out there. Tonight the restaurant was being run by high school boys. They were too busy giving free food and drinks to some girls to get the paying customer's orders ready. My order was in 10 minutes before they closed at 7:00. At 7:15 I was told they were out of food. They weren't out of food, they didn't want to cook anymore and fulfill the order. Needless to say I got angry and unfortunately I did not keep my cool.
Beware! Just went through the drive thru and no one answered to place order so we pulled up to the window. Logan ignored us then a loud obnoxious black woman (long braids)who I did not see her name tag starts screaming why are you here. She had the worst attitude was so angry to be working. We left. No wonder there is a sign on the window they cannot find help and the help the have is awful.
