Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food is absolutely horrible here.
It's only a matter of time that this location will definitely be shut down UNLESS someone comes in and does a complete turn around with new staff. Whoever is runing this location has done a very poor job training the employees and making sure that they abide by basic restaurant do's and donts. The chicken for the sandwich might be some what warm but the bread is hard and stale.. and that's the kind of sandwich I got when they had to remake an error🤯 my daughter's fries were hot but my husband's were extremely cold and hard. Extremely past the point of needing to be thrown away.

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes & there was maybe 2 customers in the store so no reason for a long wait then the employee was rude. Then I had to turn around & go inside bc I was missing items & the girl at the front had a HORRIBLE attitude!!!

I don’t know if they’re understaffed, the management sucks, or what, but I was in the drive through line for 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars…. (At some point I just wanted to see how long it would take.) got my order and they left stuff out.

Would recommend going to Waldo’s down the street for almost the same price or CFA. Really sucks, unfortunately.

Got the $8 boneless wings meal deal: toast was burnt, fries were cold and the wings were mainly batter that tasted like old grease ? contacted corporate, got an email from the mgr, but wasn’t even offered a replacement meal. Will not go back to this location, and will be sure to let my family and friends know to avoid also.

Went thru drive thru @ 6:00pm on a Sunday and ordered two 4pc meals. Should have checked before I left because once I got home I found out they gave me ZERO sauce and skimped me out a toast. How am I suppose to eat chicken and fries with no sauce? What a lazy mistake. Wont be back
