Store was clean and food was hot. The employee at the register (Max) was very helpful in suggesting items off the menu as we had never been before. They even had somebody out cleaning the tables

I went through the drive-through to get an item that was featured on the TV ad, but supposedly it was seasonal and was no longer available so I got something else. I thought the food quality was mediocre, but it’s fast food so you can’t expect much. The people at the window were very nice.

Really clean, staff was super nice and patient with me (first time at a Zaxby's and didn't know the menu), even gave me a flight of sauces so I could figure out what I liked. Genuinely way nicer than I would have expected from a chain fast food spot.

A sad excuse for a Zaxby’s. We’ve been to several and this one is the worst by far! Employee seemed confused when taking our order, I didn’t receive buffalo sauce on my salad with buffalo glazed chicken. 🤦🏻‍♀️ My husband received a spoonful of coleslaw for his side..pictured below before he ate any of it.

The new quesadillas aren't great. It's what you would expect of a quesadilla from a chicken place. The same fried chicken strips thrown in a tortilla with a little cheese.

Zax sauce is life though. The rest is mid.

It was our first time trying Zaxbys & we were very pleased with the food. The employees were polite & patient with us as we were making our decisions on what to order. We'll definitely stop there again next time we're in the area.

The food is absolutely horrible here.
It's only a matter of time that this location will definitely be shut down UNLESS someone comes in and does a complete turn around with new staff. Whoever is runing this location has done a very poor job training the employees and making sure that they abide by basic restaurant do's and donts. The chicken for the sandwich might be some what warm but the bread is hard and stale.. and that's the kind of sandwich I got when they had to remake an error🤯 my daughter's fries were hot but my husband's were extremely cold and hard. Extremely past the point of needing to be thrown away.
It was shocking the amount of stale and cold items we got in just that one order. Our first time ordering there and obviously our last
