I really feel like zaxbys has gone down in quality over the years. Ordered a salad, and it was definitely smaller than it used to be. The chicken was tough and not the best. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. He wasn't even given the fries. I'm not satisfied with this takeout experience

Was charged for needing plastic silverware and plastic plates for a catering order. I have spent nearly $1000 catering Zaxby’s in the past month - you should not charge someone for this, especially when you are already spending so much money catering their food. I have never been charged for that at any other location

Food is good, but every time we come here, the wings are barely warm. This is the 4th or 5th time and the boneless wings aren’t even hot. The sauce on them is cold. The Freestyle machine is terrible too - every drink tastes like carbonated water. Done with this Zaxby’s.

Yall need to fix who is putting in your food orders. First i ordered a 5 finger plate, and a 4 finger plate. They say "so 2x 4 finger plate?" Nooooooo, I reiterated my order and they say "ok." I go to pick up my food at the window and they hand me a completely diffrent order. So I went back around in the line and again they messed up the order. They didnt give us the correct number of tenders, the fries were soggy and unseasoned. My friend ordered the 'wings and things' and they didnt even give him his wings, it was another completely different order again.IM TAKING MY MONEY TO RAISING CANES!!!

I just wanted to acknowledge the Zaxby's store in franklin Tn store number 69702, on Murfreesboro RD, Ms. Charlene Colvin was kind and very pleasant to work with. she assisted me in all my needs when it came to a big order we did for our technician's at Darrell Waltrip Honda. from the moment i spoke to her she took great care of me and made sure we received our food on time and it was very hot. I love her energy and the way she handled the entire situation. the whole staff as well, I spoke to Randall and he was also pleasant as well. customer experience is so hard to encounter in today's time, i work in customer service and i know how important it is to make sure all of my clients are well taken care off. Ms. Charlene thank you once again, your whole staff is amazing.
