This is legitimately a 5 star ⭐️ Michelin quality dining experience. The food is of extreme quality and exceptionally prepared. Specialized entrees are phenomenal. The chef goes above and beyond. Literally perfectionism with quality and quantity.

Prices are high by Naples standard and I am not aware of any other restaurant in Naples that adds a 3% credit card surcharge. There are a lot of great places to eat in Naples so no need to over pay and eat here. Salmon was requested medium and came out well done. Lobster ravioli was good. Wait staff delivered a new piece of salmon cooked properly and apologized.

First off parking, people having to park on grass and mud.
Second seating you have no privacy or room to have a convo being shoulder to shoulder tables are so close to each other.
Service - waiting 20 mins to even be asked for a drink. Then wife’s drink was half full and spilled on the way to table did make another no passed it straight off to our table. 20 mins to receive a check this is a NO for me . I Would have said somthing to manager but nope after seeing multiple people sat down and just got the food to go because the service was so bad. I’ll pass on another visit. If you have reservations then the service shouldn’t be this bad no excuse.

Had been wanting to dine at Alberto's for some time and booked for my birthday. The spot is charming and the service was great; however, my wife and i found the food somewhat disappointing. The chicken risotto was bland, watery, and not the creamy texture one expects. ( i took it home and "fixed" it). My Beef Bourguignon was tender, but not flavorful and did not have the reduction sauce that one might expect from "pot roast" at a fine dining establishment. Perhaps our menu choices were not their best. The bakery case looked amazing, but being diabetic i tried to ignore it. Still, i did have a macaroon, which was delightful.

My wife and I enjoyed our spaghetti bolognese and shrimp and mushroom risotto. Our meals were absolutely delicious and the service was gracious and prompt. A wonderful date night location!

My wife and I went to Alberto's for the first time for Valentine's Day. They were really busy, but all of the staff were working very hard to take care of people. We tried some different foods we had never had before, and everything was excellent. The only negative was that the room we were in was next to the prep area and the door, so there was a lot of traffic from waitstaff and customers coming and going. We noticed some smaller rooms that probably would have been much quieter.

Wonderful experience even on a crowded Valentine's Day. Staff was tremendous and the food was amazing. Such a hidden gem in Gallatin.

Amazing service and food as always. The Brie toast is so good. Portions are huge. Dessert came home with us, so good.

We had our Valentine's Day dinner at Alberto's, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a romantic evening. The highlight of our meal was the risotto—absolutely incredible! Creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, it was easily one of the best risottos we've ever had. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel well taken care of throughout the night. Alberto's is a gem, and we can't wait to return for another delicious meal. Highly recommend!!

$3.75 for a can of gurana? This place is ridiculously high on their prices.

Nice environment, however, the food was atrocious!
I literally couldn't eat the over salted beef stew they call "Beef Stroganoff Maison".
Not even edible.
Save yourself, make a slow cooker beef stew at home for 1/8 the price and 1/8 the sodium.

Parking: We had to park on the curb because the parking was filled at 8 cars. We parked on a sidewalk so as not to block other drivers in. Only one handicap space blocked with cones.

Not many main dishes actually from Brazil, its mostly Italian and they probably have the most overpriced pastel on the planet (17USD! Anyone who knows pastel, knows that this price is insane even for USA). But the food and the service were good. (Also, idk why they put cheese in the bobó the camarão, which was also pricy)
The experience was good but I dont think it's worth it to come back.

Way to much food. Not what I expected for Brazilian food. Food was very mediocre, over priced, and one meal was enough to feed 3 people. We had family from England visiting. We were embarrassed that we took them there.

The food was phenomenal! Seriously devoured everything we ordered. 100% will be back. Not sure if it’s Brazilian but then again I don’t know their cuisine, but still great overall. Our server was very nice and didn’t bombard you to see if you’re okay a ton. Really confused about the bad reviews because I was truly surprised and even more satisfied than expected. Portions are very generous and I’m thrilled to have the leftovers. You will spend a little more per person than a casual dining restraunt but it’s till not overly expensive and again the portions are large so it’s at least two meals in one. People complain about the server not coming over enough on here and I think that’s ridiculous. She came over enough and we never were in need of anything so I don’t see peoples issue there. I’m telling all my friends and family to come eat here! We got the Brie toast, shrimp carbonara, and salmon risotto. Delish!
