We had reservations for Valentine’s Day. We waited just a few minutes for our table, but we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before being greeted. Our drinks were brought and recommendations were made. The food was OK but we had to wait 45 minutes for our food while everybody else around us had their food, even though everyone of them arrived after we did. Nobody said a word to us about the wait time that we had to wait to order, check to see if we needed anything, or about the wait time that we had to wait for food. I usually tip 20% plus, but I only tipped 10% because the service was that bad. The waitress who took our order never brought us our food, so we never saw her, except to order and to bring our check.

We were at the restaurant for over two hours on Christmas Eve. We got there at 5 PM and did not leave until after 7 PM, and there were not many other patrons. We waited over an hour for our food. The waitress barely came back to check on us. There were a lot of open tables and we were seated right next to the restroom, hearing everything while we were trying to dine. It was our first time here and it wasn't the best experience, especially based on the reviews of why we chose to dine here. Really disappointed. We may try again, but not sure if it is worth the 45 minute drive.

A great local eatery where we enjoyed a nice week, date date night. The food and service is always top-notch and the portions are so large. We've been eating on it all week. I tried the pasta special and it was delicious.  don't leave without trying to fresh baked dessert.

I wish I remembered our waitress's name. She was great. The food was good with large portion sizes. The dining area was cozy. We had a party of 11 and had the best service. I highly recommend and will try to go again next time I am in town.

We tried Alberto’s for the first time tonight! The appetizers were amazing. The Shrimp Carbonara was to die for! We got cocktails and I would not recommend to have cocktail hour here. The desserts looked delicious but they think the strawberry pistachio cheesecake sat too long I think. Flavor was there but it was hard and dried out. Overall the appetizers and main courses stole the show and I’d still give it 4 stars!

We have always enjoyed having dinner at Alberto’s restaurant. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. Tonight, we decided to stay at home and ordered dinner from their webpage. The ordering online was simple and very easy to navigate through the process. The pickup time was precisely correct and they brought our dinner to the car. I have to say this was the best “At Home” dinner with plenty of delicious hot food with a blue cheese salad! Definitely recommend their carry out service!! Great place with friendly service!!
Kristen is an awesome worker. She is very pleasant and always has a smile on her face. The food is great, service is great. You will not be disappointed so ask for Kristen.

You might think the prices are high initially but honestly for the quality of the food its absolutely worth it. Give this place a try if you ever have the chance you will LOVE it!!!
