Honestly where to begin, the service was fantastic and the food was amazing. This is a hidden gem that I've now told all of my friends about. You might think the prices are high initially but honestly for the quality of the food its absolutely worth it. Give this place a try if you ever have the chance you will LOVE it!!!

I took my son for his birthday today .We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers and meals.I had chicken and shrimp casserole and it was anazing.My son had Beef Boilonaise, and he loved it.We both had the potato spinach soup,it was very tasty ! I highly recommend this restaurant. Gerri Rowan

We were the only couple in the restaurant when our order was taken. Wine list only gives type but no brands and server had no clue what they served. She came back about 10 minutes later with wife's drink and the names of some wines. She took our order, and my Pastel came with my bacon on the side in a dish because the chef forgot to put it in. 20 minutes later our server returned. We were already done for about 5 minutes and she never came to check on us.

I went on open table to reserve a dinner for June 24 which was my fiance birthday. The app reminded me several times of this reservation which I liked. When june 24 arrived we went to albertos excited about our special dinner but a sign was on the door that said closed for renovations and opens July 10. So I went back July 10 and spoke with a woman and showed her the app reservation showing no changes. She said she called some people to let them know they would be closed but I know i wasn't called or we would have changed our reservation. I guess I feel disappointed because it seems our incident wasn't very important. We would like to come back and try but I suppose I need to call for a reservation instead of using app.

My choice of Alberto's was because of their emphasis on cultural dishes, i.e. Brazilian. They are the only restaurant I am aware of that features Brazilian cuisine. My choice was Bobo de Camarao. My wife's was Pastel Beef w/cheese and corn (Brazils street food). We were not disappointed with our choices as they were very delicious. The service was slow, but they don't cook the food until it is ordered. The restaurant is in an old farmhouse and the decor accentuates the period flare. The orders were precise and the server was extremely helpful.

We are waited More than 1 hour at Restaurant after ordering 6 portions of coxinhas for Dine-in, and they brought us some bread after 45 minutes first! And then we need to ask staff for our order, because they bring just 1 portion of our order after 1 hour, and when they finally finished our order after more then 2 ours we were waiting, they bring us Coxinhas that picture below! It’s was totally stressful for our family!!!

Prices are high by Naples standard and I am not aware of any other restaurant in Naples that adds a 3% credit card surcharge. There are a lot of great places to eat in Naples so no need to over pay and eat here. Salmon was requested medium and came out well done. Lobster ravioli was good. Wait staff delivered a new piece of salmon cooked properly and apologized.

First off parking, people having to park on grass and mud. Second seating you have no privacy or room to have a convo being shoulder to shoulder tables are so close to each other. Service - waiting 20 mins to even be asked for a drink. Then wife’s drink was half full and spilled on the way to table did make another no passed it straight off to our table. 20 mins to receive a check this is a NO for me . I Would have said somthing to manager but nope after seeing multiple people sat down and just got the food to go because the service was so bad. I’ll pass on another visit. If you have reservations then the service shouldn’t be this bad no excuse.

Kind of place that’s quiet and chill and quality food that will leave you full, even stuffed but doesn’t sit like a brick in your stomach.
Had been wanting to dine at Alberto's for some time and booked for my birthday. The spot is charming and the service was great; however, my wife and i found the food somewhat disappointing. The chicken risotto was bland, watery, and not the creamy texture one expects. ( i took it home and "fixed" it). My Beef Bourguignon was tender, but not flavorful and did not have the reduction sauce that one might expect from "pot roast" at a fine dining establishment. Perhaps our menu choices were not their best. The bakery case looked amazing, but being diabetic i tried to ignore it. Still, i did have a macaroon, which was delightful.

My wife and I enjoyed our spaghetti bolognese and shrimp and mushroom risotto. Our meals were absolutely delicious and the service was gracious and prompt. A wonderful date night location!
